Pros:

Stopped in for the night on a cross-country road trip with our dog. The hotel is right off the highway (good or bad). We were pleasantly surprised by how convenient, clean, and comfortable our stay was. Amazing value for money.

We were looking for a budget place to rest well in a clean room. This met the need.
Pros:

We slept very well on the comfortable bed, and the location worked well for us on our trip to see the Sandhill Cranes.

Cons:

The facilities showed signs of age and wear, and the breakfast was pretty substandard, even for a hotel breakfast.
