I like the size and layout of the room. I enjoyed the view from the 19th floor and I appreciated that the room offered a safe. The highlight was breakfast at the Sear. The food was amazing (new fav. coconut chia pudding) and my server Hanna was spot on. I was even impressed by the host Anthony who remembered me by name each morning.
The bed could have been more comfortable and I attribute that to the mattress which was not great. I also would have liked a microwave.

This place the Atlanta Marriott Marquis is marvelous!!!! Just beautiful scenery and the sculptured height is incredible. The city view room is fabulous baby! The indoor pool is a gem. Everyone made me feel so welcome :) Love the atmosphere and vibes. The salmon and veggies through room service are soooooo tasty! I’ll be back for the salmon :) Anyway I love coming here. Thank you all!
The key cards were not the easiest to maneuver as entry to the elevator and room door. The ones assigned required a lot of handling to actually gain access.
Location
Room service arrived after more than an hour, and by that time we had already left the room. During the wait, no one provided an update and the phone was not being answered. We were told by the restaurant staff that the undelivered order would be removed from the bill, but this was not reflected on the final invoice at checkout. I now have to call again to resolve a charge that should have been corrected before departure.
We had a confirmed late checkout at 2 PM and placed a do-not-disturb sign on the door, yet housekeeping knocked loudly at 11 AM asking when we would leave. This should not happen when late checkout is approved.
In addition, the refrigerator still contained food from previous guests, which raises concerns about the room being properly cleaned before our arrival.
We also mentioned that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, but this was not acknowledged in any way. While not required, even a simple note would have been appreciated, especially at a hotel that presents itself as offering a higher level of service.
Overall, the stay did not meet the expectations we had based on the hotel’s standards and pricing
The staff was amazing, I wasn't very interactive with them personally but I had no other choice then to sit around the lobbies while I worked. I watched and heard the staff interact with other guests and was very impressed.... especially since some guests were ridiculous.
Probably the most uncomfortable hotel stay in my life...... I have even stayed in bed pods in Japan lol.
Unsure if it was because of it being a handicap room. The bed was very low to the ground and not comfortable. Chairs were hard and uncomfortable so not very many options for sitting. I do have issues with my discs and after my first night I could barely walk which doesnt happen too often. I missed about 3/4 of my event I was there for and had to sit around the hotel for 4 days

Overall this place served its purpose. However the key cards we were issued for room access and the elevators did not work well. Had to constantly move the card around the door lock until the light finally turned green. Same issue was experienced with the elevators. Unfortunately there were a very limited number of microwaves. Not every floor had one so you had to go up or down floors to find one. These should located on every floor for the convenience of guests. Our tub drained extremely slow which caused us to be standing in a couple inches of water by the time we finished with our shower. This was brought to the attention of the front desk staff and the cleaning crew but nothing to my knowledge was ever done to correct it. The refrigerators in the rooms are unsatisfactory. Not only are they small but they turn off after two hours which requires you to reset them regularly. Unfortunately we did not realize this until we went to get some food items out and it was warm. If you are wanting to use a luggage cart to haul your luggage to your room, forget it unless you are willing to pay someone to bring your luggage to your room. When I requested one I was told I could only use a cart if I used a valet. For the price you pay for a room at this hotel you would think you could get a simple cart without having to pay someone for it. Overall this is a fairly nice hotel. They just need to do more to make the guest more comfortable.

The food I received from the restaurant was awful. I was extremely upset I wasted my money and the pasta especially after having it delivered to the room. I didn’t want to be difficult, so I just went to bed hungry. My husband was fine with his. Also, there were some parts of our room that could use a deep clean, but other than that it was amazing!
