Overall my experience was 3/10 will not book at this location again.
Pros:

The esthetics of the front entry.

Cons:

Room didn’t smell fresh. Staff wasn’t friendly. Parking wasn’t easily accessible. Room had no view.

The view from the elevator and our rooms were amazing

The ambiance is great and the staff was friendly. It was a great location and we had fun at the pool.

Cons:

We booked our reservation a month out for a king bed when we arrived from the airport after check in time they only had double beds close to each other me and my Fiance had to share a twin bed it was so uncomfortable for the stay. One of our bed sheets smelled musty or mildewed luckily the other bed didn’t so we slept there. The shower curtains looked a little old and mildewed

Cons:

I wanted to order the night menus which is from 12 to 6 am and when I called in for my order…front desk was super rude about ordering since its late at night rn…while I said I wanna order from the night menu..that I see you have available late night…she mentioned just because I see it in the menu does not mean we have it …then sent me a turkey sandwich that bread was wet…and didnt taste like bread anymore. Like please dont let the ppl on ur PAYROLL be ur downfall.

Gostaria de registrar minha profunda insatisfação com o atendimento e a falta de respeito de uma das funcionárias. Após subir até o 37º andar e constatar que a chave do meu quarto não estava funcionando, precisei descer para solicitar auxílio. Ao abordar uma funcionária em um balcão sem clientes, fui atendido de maneira extremamente grosseira e irônica, ouvindo frases absurdas como "Você não entende a diferença entre aberto e fechado? Aqui está fechado". Ela continuou repetindo por mais duas vezes: "Você não entende a diferença entre aberto e fechado?".
