Great hotel, nice staff, great location, good price
Pros:

Great hotel with comfy beds, good location and cool architecture. There's plenty of facilities, starbucks, work areas, pool etc.

Cons:

The pool area was a bit dated but still nice

Pros:

Excellent location, good property with big rooms and amenities. Staff is excellent; helpful and friendly

Cons:

Property does not have complimentary wifi for guests. Guests need to join there fidelity program.

Relaxed comfortable place to come for a conference
Pros:

Besides close to train station, Coca Cola museum and the aquarium, not much else to do

over all I will give it 7 out of 10
Pros:

The room view was great. The beds was too low but I was able to manage. My husband had discomfort because he's a tall man with back problems and the bed was very low for him. I also encounter a situation where the desk clerk assign me the wrong room and had to go back down to get a new key.

Cons:

The check in line too a long time.

The toilet handle was broken in our bathroom. It took much longer than expected to receive the room service that we paid for.

I thought this was a luxury hotel. Very disappointed.
Pros:

Close to all that I needed

Cons:

The hotel was dirty. The bed was not comfortable. Why wasn't there a Keurig in the room? As of now I'm being charged twice for the parking which is $67!!!!!
