Amazing with minor hiccups.
Pros:

Amazing view! Truly delightful staff as well. Check in was sweet and simple thanks to the hotel and booking.com.

Cons:

The food I received from the restaurant was awful. I was extremely upset I wasted my money and the pasta especially after having it delivered to the room. I didn’t want to be difficult, so I just went to bed hungry. My husband was fine with his. Also, there were some parts of our room that could use a deep clean, but other than that it was amazing!

Comfortable stay, with minor issues affecting convenience
Pros:

The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, with a good bed and adequate space for both working and resting. The hotel has a good location, adjacent to Peachtree Street. While the Georgia World Congress Center is technically within walking distance (about 15–20 minutes), the walk does not feel very walkable, especially after dusk, when pedestrian activity is very limited and the area is mainly occupied by street dwellers. On a rainy morning, an Uber ride to Centennial Olympic Park cost over USD 20, with similar pricing for taxis.

Cons:

The hot water temperature and flow were inconsistent, requiring frequent adjustment during the shower to avoid it becoming too hot, too cold due to changes in the water pressure. In addition, logging into the internet was difficult even though both guests were Marriott Bonvoy members, which was rather inconvenient as I was sharing the room with a work colleague. It is unfortunate, though increasingly common in many downtown areas, to encounter a visible homeless population, which can affect the overall walking experience in the surrounding areas.

Great location for hosting our work conference.
Pros:

Very open and spacious. Great atmosphere.

Cons:

ALL the seating in the common areas are designed for tall people. Very uncomfortable to sit and have your legs and feet dangling.

We got an amazing room with breathtaking view. The bed was very comfortable and in general this is one the most beautiful hotels i have ever stayed at.

Cons:

I had high hopes for my stay, especially considering I paid over $500 for just two nights.
Unfortunately, the experience felt more like a burden than a luxury. Everything, from parking to Wi-Fi, came at an additional cost, which was surprising and frustrating. A complimentary service would have shown some level of courtesy, especially when room service was the only thing offered for free.
To add to my disappointment, the view from my room was far from what I expected. Instead of a scenic landscape, I was greeted with a view of a dull brown building that felt more like a prison than a hotel. This was disappointing since the scenery was a major reason for my choice to stay here in the first place. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations .
