Pros:

Un service impeccable, très poli, efficace, ultra reactif même les voituriers étaient irréprochables!

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, très pauvre en choix sans doute dû aux heures interminables que passent les PNC autour du buffet/brunch, certains de 7h00 a 11h00... sans parler de ce qui emporter en chambre... dommage pour les autres, le prix s'en ressent et le choix se restreint... j'ai pris tous mes autres repas ailleurs.

The hotel was near a lot of places. The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The heater didn’t work in the room. We called and maintenance they came out and did some adjusting and he told us it would each temp and would take a few minutes. We were cold all night. Never got warmer than 70 degrees. We were not happy that we paid 260 for one night and you guys charge 42.00 to park on your property. The parking should be free for hotel guests.
We had to park at the mall on the top floor and walk to the hotel. We used booking.com and the staff seemed confused when we were checking in and said we had to pay the deposit up front.

Pros:

Loved everything about my stay! Super clean hotel, friendly staff members, breakfast buffet was delicious, self parking was super easy, and hotel amenities were elegant. I loved the outdoor patio. I do wish there was a cut off time for children to be at the pool but other than that, beautiful hotel. Will come again.
