Has to be seen to be believed!
Pros:

We had one of the newly rebranded rooms overlooking the city which was a most interesting and memorable experience! Especially the WC!! Hotel’s amazing position adjacent to the Rhine and its constant flow of super long barges, its 300 year old history and tradition speaks for itself - but comes at a price. As expected - all staff immaculately trained.

Cons:

It took the charismatic concierge who initially opened our car doors and greeted us as long lost friends as we arrived to come up to our room and fix the TV!! But this was the only slight blemish on an otherwise outstanding overnight stop.

Lawaai van de langs denderende tram ‘s nachts/s avonds laat/ s ochtends grieg. Klopt niet bij de prijs van de kamer

Lovely hotel especially for NYE
Pros:

The staff are wonderful

Cons:

Need tea and coffee facilities in the room. Also the bath/shower in our room was difficult to get in and out and the shower was antiquated and didn’t mix the hot and cold water well.
