Magnificent building on the banks of the Rhine adjacent to the first bridge. Nothing l ft to chance. Very attentive staff always looking to help. The small details tell the story best. The house keeping lady addressed me by my name.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Pure luxury.

Wir hatten Freunde in die Brasserie eingeladen und obwohl diese voll besetzt war, hat das Team diese Situation
hoch professionell, umsichtig und stets freundlich betreut. Meine Hochachtung!
Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war stets sehr gastorientiert und hilfsbereit. So würde ich es mir auch in Deutschland wünschen, wo wir leider am nächsten Tag in Konstanz sehr enttäuscht wurden.
