Das Hotel war im Preis Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung nur beim Restaurant war der Service nicht gut - trotz Ankündigung eines Termins waren wir 1 Stunde ohne Essen und andere später kommende Gäste hatten schon ihr Essen. Es wurde zum Stressabend wegen Termin eines Abendprogrammes anstatt erholsames Wochenende

Loved this hotel. Staff was incredibly nice and attentive. The room was big and spacious and i didnt hear a peep outside. Enjoyed the hotel bar. Quaint and pleasant barkeeps. Highly recommend if you want to be pampered. Would stay again

Das Vier Jahreszeiten ist sicher eines der renommiertesten Hotels innHamburg. Die Lage direkt an der Binnenalster ist ja auch hervorragend. Die Einrichtung entspricht einem Grand Hotel komplett.

Der Service an der Rezeption und an Raucherbar war perfekt.

Wir hatten ein Abendessen im Grill, welches auch sehr gut war, allerdings war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schon an der Grenze.

Es toll, wenn die Kellner versuchen sich jede Bestellung zu merken um nicht mit einem Zettel oder Handy rumzufuchteln, sinnvoll ist es aber nicht, weil halt auch öfter etwas falsch kam.

Was nicht geht, ist das die Sauberkeit der Toiletten in der Lobby nicht perfekt waren. Außerdem war ein Pissoir über 3 Tage defekt und ziemlich primitiv mit Folie abgedeckt.

Im an sich sehr schönen Zimmer war die Logik der Lichtschalter am Bett seltsam, es gab nur einen Hauptschalter, der nicht nur das Licht im Zimmer, sondern gleich auch im Bad abgedreht hat.

Alles im allen also ein tolles Hotel, aber in einigen Punkten noch mit Luft nach oben.

Otel genel anlamda çok güzel fakat benim kaldığım oda için çift kişilik yatak yazıyordu ama yatak kesinlikle 1.5 kişilikti. Banyo çok küçüktü bir daha kesinlikle kalırım ama o odada değil daha büyük boyuttaki bir oda tutarım. Lokasyonu ve ilgi alaka güzeldi.

Det er absolut det fantastiske personale, der bærer dette hotel op i toppen af tyske hoteller.
Hotellet i sig selv lider noget under sin alder - bl.a. er vandtrykket lavt, og temperaturen i bruseren svær at regulere.

A hotel with a wonderful interior and great restaurants. Here you will get the best and most professional service from the staff that one can imagine. This is luxury on a high level, without feeling it’s beeing too much and forced on you. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the interiors are both classic and modern at the same time. A highly recommended hotel, close to the best shopping area in Hamburg.
