A very quiet and beautiful hotel. I thought it would be ugly inside, but it's very nice. Highly recommended.
My family is delighted with the hotel, which is very clean as it should be.
I like how clean the hotel is and its pool.
Delighted with the service offered by this clean and tidy hotel
Good hotel, I really liked the pool
My whole family was delighted with the hotel, which was very clean and beautiful.
Had a good stay at the Hampton on the Riverwalk. Suite was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast/seating area was very nice….one can see the riverwalk through the windows.
Perfect location for us.
Accommodations are nice. Breakfast has great choices. But take note, there is no ATM on site. You can tip housekeeping with QR code, but washers and dryers are coin operated. Front desk makes change for cash.
Valet, Gerson Casteneda, was awesome.
This was my family and I first time staying at this location and it was amazing! The moment I walked in I was greeted with great customer service. The atmosphere was joyful and it was such a great warm welcome. When I walked in the room it smelled fresh and it was all clean. The value of the room was good as well especially because breakfast was free which by the way we loved the breakfast options. We enjoyed the various of food spots that were in walking distance. Will definitely will stay at this location again!
Great hotel, very clean. Loved how easy check in and out was on my Hilton app. We forgot deodorant and front desk gave us some with no hesitation! And breakfast was so good!! Loved that it was till 10am!
Our stay at Hampton Inn on the River Walk was great! Very clean and great customer service. Couple downfalls was our toilet would squeak if we used the faucet after it was flushed. Sounded like a slight fire alarm. Seemed to have elevator issues. First day we were there 2 out of 3 available and day of leaving 1 out of 3 were available which made leaving floor 8 to get breakfast and checking out extra difficult with the amount people staying at the hotel doing the same thing. Breakfast was honestly not too bad, first hotel in a long time that the egg option (scrambled, mini omelette) did not affect me an hour later!! Overall happy with our stay and will use Hampton Inn again in the future!!
It was close to the river, perfect location; the boat picked us up at the hotel; very good breakfast
We have to pay 60 dollars/ each night for parking so we need to consider this; anyway, we know that… the thing we didn’t know is the view from the room was the worst I've ever had in my entire life, and I've traveled to many places. I thought the worst would be a view of a parking lot or rooftops, but this one took the cake. I've never been so scared of having that view from a hotel room. It's so easy to fix, even if the property isn't theirs; they could modify the space so it's not so disastrous… When I asked if they could change the room, the front desk girl told me that's what I had paid for! So rude… Nobody wants to pay for this view.
Truly exceptional stay. So accommodating and helpful. Immediately from the concierge right when I pulled up, to walking in and getting an excellently comfortable and clean room. True to Texas style breakfast burritos were on point at breakfast. I felt well set up and rested for the business days I was staying
Great Great Location... very friendly...Great breakfast..
Above all Mathew was of exceptional help when most needed help. He went above and beyond late at night to help my family and I when most needed with our vehicle. Thank you very much for the services provided to us by Mr. Matthew and highly encourage valet parkimg.
Atmosphere is great. Recommend changing the shower head in room 223. The hand held shower does not spray evenly and makes it difficult to use to wash off any soap and rinse the body.
The shower floor gets slippery when wet. For a handicapped person it is very easy to
Slip and fall. We had to put a rubber mat in the shower to prevent slipping. Recommend advising Hilton of this situation. The cost of good mats is $20 at Walmart. Safety is utmost priority for handicapped persons.
Near a lot nice store
No parking lot and we have to pay extra for car
Had a wonder time! Stayed at Hampton Inn 3 times in the last 10 years. Never had a problem!
Quick check in and check out. The room was clean, comfortable bed and overall a good experience for our one night stay.
Hotel lobby and rooms were clean and ready for our arrival. Location is great for being close to Riverwalk. Morning breakfast had a vast selection of hot and cold items for adults and kids. The hot breakfast items changed each day, which was great. Our only complaints are slow elevators and unloading/ bell service. One elevator was out of service and on a 4th of July holiday, there was a lot of people and this was a bit frustrating. The young gentleman working could care less about your luggage. They piled it on the cart and multiple bags fell off, including our toiletries bag which had glass items inside which broke. As we are unloading, one of gentleman pulled a car around from valet and almost hit our vehicle as we were unloading as he pulled a U turn in the middle of the street. So never let them valet your car as you can imagine there is no additional care taken and how they would drive it into the parking garage and what curb damage would occur. Because the parking garage across the street is extremely narrow as you drive through the levels.
