Das Zimmer war groß und schön, außerdem sauber. Das Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch, muss man mögen- was wir tun- es war mehr als ausreichend Platz zum Sitzen in 2 Frühsücksbereichen. Man konnte fussläufig alles gut erreichen, nach ein paar Minuten war man beim Riverwalk.
Valet Parking wäre teuer gewesen, wir haben in einer Parkgarage ein paar Minuten entfernt geparkt und haben für 2 Nächte $18 bezahlt (dafür eben mit den Koffern ein paar Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs). Ansonsten war alles super!
The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and fresh. You can really tell that the housekeeping team takes pride in keeping everything in excellent condition. The location is also fantastic and convenient for enjoying the River Walk and downtown San Antonio. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of throughout our stay.
We liked the location on the Riverwalk and it was very close to the places we wanted to visit. So we were able to get an Uber within minutes of requesting a ride. The room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We were able to take our small dog with us.
There was only one actual chair to sit in. Another arm chair would have been much appreciated because one chair leaves the other person sitting on the bed, and that gets kinda old after a couple of days. I booked a balcony room overlooking the Riverwalk, which we got but it was on the first floor and there was a stone wall blocking being able to see the river well. There were no cups in the bathroom.

The room was clean. We got the balcony room and it was very quiet and peaceful.
The family loved the breakfast, everyday there is a different warm plate and everything else was standard cereal, waffles, oats with fruit WAS DELICIOUS! The pool in the evenings was nice and short walk to the Riverwalk.
Recommend -We put in a lot of steps in. so make sure you map your route ahead of time.
Took us 10- 15 mins to walk all around. To the Mercado. Alamo and Mall.
The staff were ninjas. You know they were there doing their thing but did not see them much.
Con- parking. It's $60 valet and $37 park yourself overnight across the street.
So calculate this in your spending.
I love that the hotel was really pretty from outside and inside. The valet people were really nice when we arrived and helped us out with getting our things out the car. The pool was really nice and loved the location of it. It has a perfect view of the Riverwalk.
I really hated the fact that the elevator that is used to get down to the riverwalk was not working. When I was looking for hotels I was looking for one right at the riverwalk so I could just walk down and not worry about walking on the streets to get to it since I had 2 kids under the age of 2. Well our first day we tried getting down and it wouldn’t work then I go ask upfront and they said they would tell maintenance to turn it on, then we were waiting outside for like more than 5 minutes and it was really hot and I went back up front and I asked again and the way they reacted seemed they had forgotten about it and then they told me it didn’t work.

Nothing. Staff was not friendly either.
Our check in was at 4:00 PM we did not get our room until almost 6:00 PM. I requested a river view, did not receive that.

Bed Pillows were extremely small they look more like sofa pillows .
Thank you for the excellent experience we could have, it is a hotel with a friendly team, Alizabeth is very fun, the room was divine and we had good cleaning service at all times. The breakfast is amazing, in the coffee area you can find activities for the little ones. I would definitely come back. Carlos Genesis Romelia Jonathan Daniel is breakfast team
It was nice and clean
The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were stiff and the shower seem like you were gonna fall through.
Everything was nice and clean just did not like the shower it felt like the tub was going to brake!
It was a very nice, modern hotel with great amenities and updated room. I only give 4 stars though because the water pressure in my room was constantly fluctuating from hot to cold and high pressure to low pressure.
All in all, will definitely stay here again if/when I return to San Antonio.
They have the nieces people great food the rooms are incredible and I have only came here since I first came I recommend coming here for sure!!
It’s worth it, good hotel!, good room service, the people are friendly at the reception, good breakfast buffet.
