I loved how friendly everyone was. The room was nice!
Being woke up at 6 am by construction workers, and the fact, that I never received my deposit of $50 back this morning, kinda was a bummer. Also, what I was quoted online it's not what I actually paid. In total, I paid $280 for a one night stay. So, the fact of being woke up way too early and over charged, was the only reason I didn't book it for another night.
Hotel under renovation- breakfast was very good for being on the go breakfast
We were not notified by the booking agency that the property was under renovation. Noisy during the day.
Didn’t have breakfast/ it was in the laundry room
And you had to take it back to your room.
Extremely inconvenient
I’m not sure whose fault it is.
But the hotel was under a serious renovation.
It was not
Listed as such on internet.
I paid through your company - 182.
It ended up costing me 234.
With the condition of the hotel/ should’ve been cheaper instead of higher
Will not stay there again/ or use your company again.
Did not like anything Did not expect the amount of construction feel like we were lyd to no breakfast just a bed not worth the money
Every thing
Breakfast was what I expected.
I understand that some breakfast items were not available due to remodeling.
And an attempt to avoid the winter storm in Indiana we traveled to Branson, Missouri
We stayed at the Hampton Inn - Branson during a very unique time in the property’s life — the middle of a major, full-scale remodel. Before we even arrived, the staff did an outstanding job communicating exactly what to expect. That level of honesty and transparency immediately set a positive tone for our stay.
Future guests should absolutely contact the hotel directly before booking to clarify current limitations, as amenities are temporarily impacted. At the time of our visit, there was no true lobby, no traditional breakfast area, and the pool was closed due to construction. However, the fitness center was open, and while not all the equipment was operational, some of it was available and usable.
As Hilton Honors members, they went above and beyond to offer every amenity possible under the circumstances. We were graciously placed into an upgraded room that had already been fully remodeled, which made a world of difference. At the time of our visit, only about half of the hotel’s rooms were complete, yet the quality of the finished areas already shows incredible promise.
Although much of the hotel is still under construction, you can clearly see the vision. From our room and by simply looking over the railing, it’s obvious that this lobby is going to be absolutely stunning when finished. Right now, check-in is being handled creatively with card tables set up in a hallway near a back entrance, and the breakfast area has been temporarily relocated to the former laundry room. While not ideal, the staff has handled these challenges with professionalism and warmth.
Despite the temporary inconveniences, the staff’s friendliness, communication, and service were truly exceptional. A very special thank-you to Janice, one of the front desk “card table” MVPs — she was outstanding and made our stay feel personal and welcoming.
When this remodel is complete, I truly believe this will become one of the top Hampton Inn properties in the entire chain and one of the best hotels in Branson. Because of that, I’m giving this stay a current 3-star rating, but a very confident future 5-star rating once renovations are finished.
We would absolutely return and stay here again, and we look forward to seeing the final transformation. This hotel is undergoing a difficult, arduous, but truly exciting transformation — and the final result is going to be worth it.
Quiet, Room was comfortable
Grab n ago Breakfast left us wanting more, thankfully there was an ihop down the road.
I like the location and the room was spacious and very nice
You were doing some remodeling while we were there. Did not like the noise
I can’t say enough about what a great stay this was, even with the challenges of the facility being under renovation. Staff members like Jan and Susan made this visit so enjoyable. I knew when I made the reservation that it would in renovation at the time I was there, but I also received a call from Michelle a week prior to my visit that this was the case. I was able to stay in a newly renovated room and it was wonderful. The second floor view from my room of the Ozarks in its fall splendor to the back of the property was stunning. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Breakfast was adequate for the challenges of renovation. I can’t wait to come back and visit again when everything is renovated. In my opinion, it’s in the perfect location on the Strip. And the perfect personal and courteous attention from the staff.
Stay from October 19 until October 24, so far our experience is above expectations! Hampton is always a good choice bc of consistency. This location is under renovation but they haven’t missed a beat. They called ahead to let us know the temp process and everything was smooth. The room is huge, king with sleeper sofa, it is clean and comfortable. Everyone has been super friendly and the location is perfect. On the strip and close to everything but not right in the middle of the strip so you still feel like you’re away from the hustle and bustle. Definitely will be our go to hotel for Branson trips. Great price on the room as well.
This property is in a good location of Branson. We got to see all the strip had to offer on our way to the hotel. I have edited my previous review as I didn’t read the fine-print when booking to understand this property is undergoing renovation. After my first review I was contacted by the hotel and told them after traveling I would go over my booking with my travel partner. After reconsidering we cannot fault the hotel for us not reading the fine print. I appreciate the hotel reaching out, that is great customer service. I was not compensated in any way to change my review. My travel partner and I could not in good conscience let the negativity stand when we were in the wrong.
Middle of construction on site so a lot of amenities typically there are not there now. Nails all over parking lot so had to park as far as possible from entry to avoid getting flat tires! Breakfast was awful! Loud construction crew at all hours with AC loud noises all night long. Had I known of this, I would have gone elsewhere
It is under construction of course but the staff were great and room was comfortable. Just stayed one night because we were just in town for a Silver Dollar City day.
Expedia didn't inform us that there was construction going on. Will not book with Expedia again.
This was a horrible room. The property called a few days before check-in (when it was too late to find another room) and told us they were under construction so enter through the back entrance. That was okay, they have to take care of things. But the hall smelled like smoke from the workers. Our room smelled overwhelming strong like mildew. The sheets were very thin and everything felt moist in the room. It was difficult to relax and sleep because it was so uncomfortable and stinky. There were drops of dried blood on the toilet seat. I had to use sanitizer wipes to clean it myself. We will never stay here again. It was definitely not worth the price when there are other options in the area that are so much nicer.
It was a satisfactory
The location was fine and the staff were doing the best they could under the circumstances.
Until we printed out our information (after paying), we did not know the hotel was under a complete renovation. The computers used to check in were not working properly, the room we stayed in was in great need of overhaul (I know this is coming but we paid to stay here), the breakfast was a pack and go because there was no place to sit (it was in a laundry area), and much of the building was closed off for renovation. Either the hotel should have been closed until it is renovated, or the price of rooms should be drastically dropped. We paid around $200 to stay in a room that was worth maybe $75 a night. It really hurt our opinion of Hampton Inns!
I liked the spacious room, the friendliness of staff, and the convenient location to other places we went..
I did appreciate the staff, and their attempts to make the stay go well. I suspect they are all facing the very difficult task of making guests happy. They deserve something extra for treating people with kindness, in the face of adversity.
I did NOT like the renovation going on, and not knowing about it before arriving. It made being there somewhat difficult. Also, did NOT like the breakfast, although I realize there were limited options.
