Horrible experience that I had been looking forward to for over a week!

Cons:

I booked a King room with sofa and paid extra for breakfast and upon check in to my room I was given a double room. I reserved a King room because my husband is a very tall guy and we were celebrating our birthdays and wanted time away together since he works out of town and we don’t get alot of alone time together. I didn’t get a king room and was told by the front desk person that I was not guaranteed the room that I booked ahead of time online, that I get what was available at my time of check in! I’m highly disappointed in the service and will not ever book with Courtyard Marriott again, this was a very disappointing experience for my husband and I as we had to sleep in different beds bcuz not having enough room in a double bed together! My whole experience on my stay was awful and not handled correctly by the desk staff!

Pros:

Nice location nice room bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Not having breakfast like most other places real downer the pillows awful even with them stacked 4 high still flat very uncomfortable
