The room was clean upon arrival. They have a nice lobby with bar and food for purchase.
Roaches in gym and a friend had one in her room, hotel staff very unprofessional bordering harassment of guest, you’re not allowed to sit in the lobby bar to eat after 8:30pm on weekends, we were told to go to our rooms. Policy states quiet hours are 10pm but front desk staff harassed us both night sending us to our rooms at 8:30pm. Even posted paper all over hotel stating New Rules. We will never stay here again. Also we stayed 2 nights and our room was never cleaned.

I booked a King room with sofa and paid extra for breakfast and upon check in to my room I was given a double room. I reserved a King room because my husband is a very tall guy and we were celebrating our birthdays and wanted time away together since he works out of town and we don’t get alot of alone time together. I didn’t get a king room and was told by the front desk person that I was not guaranteed the room that I booked ahead of time online, that I get what was available at my time of check in! I’m highly disappointed in the service and will not ever book with Courtyard Marriott again, this was a very disappointing experience for my husband and I as we had to sleep in different beds bcuz not having enough room in a double bed together! My whole experience on my stay was awful and not handled correctly by the desk staff!
