We stayed for one night and mentioned that we were on our honeymoon. The room was spacious, with a great shower, lovely ambiance, and an excellent location. Not to mention, we received a cake, beautiful decorations, and sweet welcome wishes written in our room.

Everything was great.,the food, the room and especially the concierge NEHA. My phone was lost and she was so helpful.

I had a very relaxing stay at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta. The room was well-maintained with excellent soundproofing—the traffic noise didn't bother my sleep at all. I especially loved the refreshing scent of the AROMELE lemongrass toiletries and the delicious food. Huge thanks to Anugrah at the front desk for his warm and enthusiastic service.

This is my third stay in MOJKT, and the feeling when we checked in is more like coming home after being away for some time. I don't feel like a stranger while staying at MOJKT. Everything was perfect and as to me likings.

I came to Jakarta also in December and stayed at another hotel across the road from MOJKT, and i regret my decision as they are not on par with MOJKT. Even their turndown service is not consistent as compared to MOJKT.

However, i would like to recommend MOJKT to have a free shuttle to malls in JKT - probably to grand indonesia or plaza indonesia as it is not attached to any malls. That would elevate the experience more and i wouldn’t hesitate to stay at MOJKT again. Perhaps the management should look into it.

Again, before checking out, i already looked for the dates to stay there again, hopefully will come back in June. I loved the way all the staffs treats me, from the security at screening, front office, housekeeping, cinnamon, damn, i miss u guys, i really do. To say one person that shines is a bit unfair, as all of them treats me good, without flaws.

Finally one phrase that concludes my stay here over and over again - Mandarin Oriental doesn't treat me good as a guest, but they build a relationship with me.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made us feel special throughout our visit.
What made our stay even more memorable was the beautiful anniversary decoration they prepared in our room. The thoughtful setup, along with a surprise cake, was such a sweet and touching gesture. It made our celebration extra special and is a memory we will always cherish.
The location is also fantastic—just a short walking distance to Grand Indonesia, which made shopping and dining very convenient. On top of that, the room view was amazing! We loved people-watching from above and taking in the vibrant city atmosphere.
Overall, it was truly a memorable experience, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special and comfortable stay

The hotel truly excels in personal touches that makes the stay feel special. The handwritten cards in the room and the anniversary cake during breakfast were incredibly thoughtful gestures that added a genuine “wow” factor to the experience. Special thanks to Ms Jennifer and Ms Shifa from Cinnamon for arranging the cake, it was truly appreciated.

The suite was impressively spacious, providing plenty of room to relax, and I especially loved the standing shower. The open layout and generous space throughout the room created a very comfortable and homely atmosphere.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay with outstanding hospitality, attentive service, and beautifully designed rooms. Highly recommended, and I would gladly return.

Absolutely outstanding service. The staff are exceedingly kind and professional, and the food in the cinnamon restaurant, as well as other eateries is spectacular. I was initially only intending to stay for one week and then transferring hotels, but I chose to extend my stay as the staff here made me feel completely welcome and at home. Highly recommend.

The room’s view very nice and beautiful . Location strategic and walking distance to the mall. Atmosphere good . Cleanliness very excellent thanks to Ryan. For the service i would like thanks to Sherly, Ochi, Tami, Vollyn for the beautiful decoration for my birthday Im speechless and i like it so much. Thanks too Agatha from the reception for her services as well. The price that i paid is worth it with the value of the service that i get.

When we arrive to hotel we already feel the luxury of the hotel and entrance staff was give us warm welcome. All the staff are very polite and professional.
Check in was very fast. Room was big and provided welcome amenities.

Always happy to stay here. Staffs are all generally friendly and very welcoming from the security guards, receptionists, concierge team — basically everyone :) They can even remember me (probably because of my frequency staying here) and they never failed

The excellent customer service from all of the staff! Check-in was easy and felt welcomed. Room was spacious and clean. Excellent service at the restaurants too, especially from Fina! She made recommendations to try Indonesian food, was attentive, and a great smile!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff is very nice and ready to assist. For example, Evelyn from the breakfast staff at Cinnamon buffet was very helpful and kind, showing interest even in the smallest details, writing “get well soon” on our family members’ drinks when we were getting to-go drinks for them. We would highly recommend this hotel for your next visit!
