Payed online then was forced ti pay a 100$ incidental fee which was super surprising Our ac and tv were both not working ac so loud that it had to stay turned off to not wake our baby as well as people next to us hard to get ahold of front desk

The breakfast was great I love to have food first thing as I have blood sugar issues.

Cons:

It is a little thing but the door hangers do not stay on the door handles outside the room. I know it is silly but it is the only negative I can find.

Pros:

My husband and I are staying here only one night. The young lady at the desk was welcoming and had a pleasant personality. The room is clean and comfortable. Thank you for not disappointing, but exceeding our expectations.

The most wonderful hometown experience!
Pros:

Fort Smith is normally a commutable distance from home so, until inclement weather required my husband and I (healthcare administrators) to stay in town for the weekend, we have never before stayed at the Hampton Inn Fort Smith. This may be my #1 favorite experience of any Hilton property I have stayed at to date! From Ms. Anna and Ms. Katie greeting us every morning for breakfast, to the front desk finding extra towels when we needed them, to the sweetest housekeeper that helped me gather what I needed in the hallway because my husband was asleep from taking people to and from work all night. Every person we have come in contact with has made this the most accommodating and enjoyable “displaced” experience! If you are in need of a Fort Smith hotel, and appreciate southern hospitality, I cannot recommend them enough! 10/10!!!
