Pros:

I liked the pool and the hot water

Cons:

I did not like the hold still being on my card well after checkout I did not like that other guests weren't held accountable for noise I did not think the breakfast was of good quality and the cleanliness of the other parts of the hotel were just adequate. The staff was either not there or very stand offish as though they were not pleased to be asked questions or approached at all. I dont think it was worth what I spent and unfortunately being from out of state I could not review the hotel before choosing I assumed the price was because of it being a nicer hotel. Will be spending the same amount on an actually nicer hotel next time.

The breakfast would have been good, but you had alot of people from Wrestling or Basketball. So, we ate at LUCKY's while we stayed

running around on a freezing day trying to find a different place to stay with three girls in tow
Pros:

did not stay....when checking in was made aware that the pool would not be available to us because of maintenance issues....I came from out of town to treat granddaughters.....why they did not notify me of this is beyond me ....will never trust this company again...on positive note ,the young lady at front desk was kind and tried to help

Not good for the price.
Pros:

Too expensive for the value. The room is small , no mirror to see your outfit to go out so just imagine. The carpet was dirty, the pillow on the couch was nasty , the halls way to elevator dirty too. People at reception stained shirt, unpleasant view the dressed as working in the backyard. Breakfast was nice eggs, bread, sausages, coffee but the sitting place all dirty too. I thought it was a nicer place for the price. Pool not opened the key didn’t work at all and next day closed I didn’t see nobody in at anytime.There many other hotel in the area cheaper and maybe better quality.
