Acceptable but poor value for money
Pros:

Staff interactions were polite and friendly and the location was good, breakfast adequate

Cons:

Room size small. I also had a room with a sad view and equipment noise even with the window closed. Lights difficult to operate. Breakfast space small and crowded. Expected more for the price

L'emplacement

Cons:

Il y avait de personnelle très bien et très aimables,
Mais d'autres pas très aimables.
Dans ma chambre la porte faisait de bruit difficile à ouvrir et à fermer. En plus dans la chambre on écoute l'eau couler de WC !

Pros:

Habitacion de buen tamaño y cama comoda. Muy central, ubicado en el centro se puede caminar a todo el centro. Buen desayuno.

Great place, looking forward to staying there again!
Pros:

Beautiful classic hotel with big, spacious rooms. Nice and welcoming staff. Super central position, close to the Via delle Spiga and Via Montenapoleone, 10 minute walk to the Duomo.

Cons:

It was all very nice.

اسلوب موظف الاستقبال مش الكل واحد فقط الباقي كانو كويسين للأمانه ، انا حجزت غرفة بسرير مزدوج واعطاني غرفة بسريرين وكلمته قال هذا الموجود ، والمواقف غالية جدا

Nos despertaron en le medio de la noche. Ningun refund

Cons:

A las tres de la madrugada hubo un cortocircuito, o lo que fuera, y de repente se encendió absolutamente todo: las luces, la televisión del baño (sí, les pareció buena idea poner una televisión en el baño y, además, a todo volumen), la radio… Todo. Nos despertamos de golpe y, evidentemente, ya no pudimos volver a dormir.
Al reclamar por la mañana, reconocieron que había ocurrido el incidente y se limitaron a decir: “Sí, pasó esto. Lo sentimos”. Nada más.
Cuando pedimos, al menos, un reembolso parcial por las molestias, simplemente miraron hacia otro lado. Su respuesta fue que presentáramos una reclamación a través de la página web. Es decir, hacer perder todavía más tiempo al cliente. Porque todos sabemos que no se trata de escribir un único formulario: luego vienen los correos, las respuestas automáticas, las esperas… más y más tiempo invertido para conseguir un reembolso que, por pura decencia y atención al cliente, deberían haber ofrecido ellos mismos.
Pero, por lo visto, esa decencia brilla por su ausencia.

موقعه 10 دقايق مشي من الدومو
المديرة التي تتواجد في الصباح لم اذكر اسمها كانت لطيفة جدا
والمظفين لطيفين جدا وايضا سيرجو كان لطيف بالتعامل حيث قام بحل بعض الامور .
