Perfect place to stay
Pros:

We began our first stay in Switzerland at the Lausanne Palace. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. Only possible negative was street noise as we were on a lower floor. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We ate at the Brasserie twice and were delighted with the food both times.

Lausanne Palace, a true palace experience
Pros:

A princess experience. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and client oriented. The attention to detail was unexpected; took my bag off me as soon as I arrived and found it in the room before I entered. The breakfast terrace is gorgeous and the breakfast staff amongst my favorite of my stay. The small touches for the kiddies was beautiful; little kid sized slippers and robe waiting in the room, a huge trolley of jars of candy from them to pick from in the entrance. Overall, excellent and I can’t wait to go back.

Le comfort de la chambre, le SPA et les infrastructures de l'hôtel en général.

Cons:

Il y avait un tout petit peu de moisissures au coin du bac de douche, un peu décevant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le mobilier de la chambre (deluxe vue lac) pourrait aussi être rafraîchit.

Pros:

Mini bar is compliment. Gym is fully equipped. Sauna is newly renovated. Housekeeping is good too.

Cons:

The food and drinks were a bit slow at both restaurants.
