Petit couac lors de la procédure de check-in, l'hôtesse d'accueil a manqué de nous prendre en charge pendant un bon moment. Nous avons dû attendre longuement alors qu'elle était disponible, derrière son comptoir ...
Heureusement que le concierge a eu la présence d'esprit de lui indiquer que nous attendions depuis un moment ...

Wonderful as always
Pros:

Beautiful rooms. Elegant design, great food, breakfast. Loved the pool facilities and hotel left a cake and balloon in our room as I said it was my sons birthday . All the little attention to details that we go back every year.
