朝食は日本人にはボリューム的に満足いく量

This is and has been for my family our home away from home while in LA
Pros:

I've been staying at this hotel for approximately 20 years and it has never disappointed me, the rooms are always clean the property is pristine and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Whenever I go to LA this is my home away from home!

Excelente la estancia en Courtyard en Los Angeles
Pros:

Todo limpio y ordenado. La habitación con todo lo necesario para disfrutar.
Lo unico que si faltaba eran más opciones de comida dentro del hotel, pero en el perimetro hay restaurantes para comer.

La poca disponibilidad de opciones de comida. Todo lo demás super.

Do NOT recommend! Musty room with unsafe cloudy water and very uncomfortable beds!
Pros:

We had an extremely poor experience at this Courtyard by Marriott, both in terms of room conditions and how the situation was handled afterward.

The guest room had a strong musty/mildew odor that persisted throughout the stay. The smell was so severe that we had to keep the balcony door open overnight in order to tolerate being in the room. The beds were also uncomfortable; the mattresses were very thin, extremely soft, and positioned close to the ground, offering little support.

More concerning, after we went to sleep and woke up, we discovered that the tap water was cloudy and white in appearance. Because of this, my family and I did not shower or wash our hands or faces at all. I immediately contacted the front desk. The staff confirmed this was not normal and informed me that the stay would be refunded and corrected, and that the manager, Evelyn, would be reaching out to me.

No manager contacted me. I had to email and call to follow up, and it took an entire week to receive a response. Ultimately, what was promised was not honored, and only partial compensation was offered. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the failure to honor what was promised after such an awful stay, communication from management stopped entirely.

Based on the condition of the room, the water issue, and the lack of follow-through, I would never stay at this property again and would not recommend it to anyone.
