Pros:

Excellent location and great staff. Easy parking on site and very nice roof bar.

Cons:

Shower could be better.. Think restaurant should serve Italian cuisine and keep it simple...

Disappointed by staff service.
Pros:

My money was stolen at the hotel, and despite repeated attempts to contact support, I was completely ignored. I have stayed many times and I loved the hotel in general. But the level of service is unacceptable.

Pros:

Location to train station excellent with free shuttle to duomo (opera) making getting to the action easy whilst using the trains to travel with 3 kids effortless as it’s across the road from station.

Cons:

Room request to be close together not achieved, also I spent one night alone in hotel before family joined and got an extra room - but hotel put me in room with 3 beds so a little distracting…
