There was no appeal to the property

Cons:

Almost everything, the room was outdated, run down, not clean, there was not enough parking to accommodate the rooms. There was construction that was started but unfinished and didn’t look like there was any plans to finish it any time soon.

Pros:

We have been positively surprised that we had 2 bedrooms instead of one. It was very easy and uncomplicated to extend the stay by one day.
Easy to reach Monterey Bay Aquarium and 17mile drive by car.

Cons:

Curtains: Either the room gets dark or one has full view inside the room.

Great central location to everything. The water gets hot quickly.

Cons:

Their pictures make it look much nicer than it actually is. The windows are old single pane and difficult to open. There is no AC, just a ceiling fan and box fan in the closet. It got very hot in my upstairs room. I had a balcony but was blocked from using it. The toilet is too tall. It was very uncomfortable to use. I’m 5’10” and I was on my toes while sitting on it. The shower head is very low. I didn’t have to use the heater but it looks like the original system from when the building was built. I don’t imagine it works well. The tv was oddly placed in the room. Made it difficult to watch. I was unaware beforehand they require a $100 hold for room damage.

Nasty blood on bed sheet, mold in bathroom and no credit or discount on room.

they charged us $575 in total to stay there during this busy weekend, when we got in, we crawled into bed and there was a nasty blood stain in the bed. we brought it up to the manager and the manager came into our room and placed a new comforter in there and didn't appear interested in changing it, we had to ask for them to actually change the sheets, there was no offer for a reduced fee for the room, this freaked out my kids. There was mold in the bathroom and crusty wall and a hair pasted on the wall. It was not clean, and it was one of the worst values I've ever got in my entire life as a hotel guest.

I wish all travelers, vacationers, and the staff nothing but the best!
Pros:

We loved absolutely everything! It was quiet, cozy, and clean. Good parking. A wonderful location. A fantastic stay. If we are ever in Monterey, we’ll come back here again!

Cons:

Perhaps the only thing I would suggest is adding light curtains (sheers or blinds) to the ground-floor windows. Otherwise, I have no complaints at all.

Hotel dotato dell indispensabile per passare una notte durante il viaggio sulla costa. Comodo parcheggio esterno alle camere.

Cons:

La nostra camera era un po buia essendo all interno di un corridoio. Posizione un po lontana dal porto, in cui si trova la maggior parte delle attrazioni. No colazione ma vicinanza ad un dinner.

Pros:

宿泊費の高いモントレーでは、かなりお得感はありました。
オンラインチェックインで、ホテルに着いてからは対面ではなく、インターホンでの対応でしたが、鳴らしてから返事に結構時間がかかり、もう少し迅速に対応してもらえたら良かったと思います。
近くにスーパーやレストラン等があり、立地は良かったです。

Cons:

浴槽はありましたが、シャワーが使えなかった（使い方がわからなかっただけかも）のが残念でした。
一泊だけだったので、特に問題無かったですが、連泊だとキツかったです。
また、ベッドルームやバスルームの隅に小さいゴミや髪の毛が落ちていて、もう少し掃除が丁寧だと良いと思いました。

Overall, the stay was okey, but the hotel could use some updates.
Pros:

The stuff was very friendly and helpful.I also liked that the hotel was located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Cons:

The hotel is very close to the airport, and the planes fly very low,so the noise was especially noticeable at night.The hotel is old and needs some remodeling.The closest doors were broken, and there was no hair dryer in the room.
