Es war ein eindrucksvoller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Die Atmosphäre war sehr einladend und angenehm. Gerade beim Absacker in der Bar und einem kleinen Snack haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Die Minibar ließ sich nur sehr schwer öffnen. Mehr Infos im Zimmer wären schön gewesen.

Es war ein wunderschöner und rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, der jeden Cent wert war...
Pros:

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam, sehr schnell und dabei niemals aufdringlich. Wir mussten zu keinem Zeitpunkt warten – alles lief reibungslos und perfekt organisiert. So wünscht man sich einen gelungenen Start in den Tag. Einfach toll!

Pros:

'Fantastisk atmosfære på hotellet fra ankomst til afrejse. Morgenmaden er virkelig lækker, veltillavet, friske råvarer. Fantastisk service. Dejligt, at der er mulighed for at nyde morgenmaden i et roligt område, hvis man ønsker det. Det er vores 3. besøg på hotellet. Vores gode venner havde ikke været der før. De var meget imponeret. Lækker kvalitet over det hele.

Cancelled reservation
Cons:

They cancelled my reservation just two hours before my arrival and offered me an alternative hotel where there were no available rooms. This left me without accommodation at the last minute, which was extremely stressful and unacceptable.

Breakfast was superb.. The room was exceptional. The staff was just super friendly and helpful. 😊
Pros:

The junior suite was fabulous. Absolutely outstanding, Nice and spacy. All freshly renovated. Very tasteful decoration. Excellent view on the lake. Away from any possible noise. We absolutely loved it.

Cons:

The construction going on in Hamburg City does affect the Hotel with a very difficult traffic situation. Not manageable by the hotel but unfortunately creating discomfort. Traffic jams right in front of the main entrance, late arrival of transportation . again not manageable by the hotel.

Wir sind leider sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel und der Bereitschaft einen gemeinsame Lösung zu finden.
Pros:

Wir haben ein Superior D‘zimmer mit Blick auf die Alster gebucht - EUR 600.00/pro Nacht. Das Zimmer (hat man uns, nachträglich und im Gegensatz zu dem, was im Prospekt stand) war noch nicht renoviert worden. Schmutzflecken auf dem Teppich, der an den Füssen klebte, Risse und Schimmel in der Dusche und seitlich ein kleines Fenster mit Blick…ich glaub, es war die Alster. Ein solches Zimmer zu diesem Preis an Kunden zu vermieten, ist eine absolute Frechheit!
