Das Hotel hat eine super Lage der Kurfürstendamm und Bahnhof Zoo ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel hat eine schöne renovierte Lobby auch der Frühstücksraum war schön, dass Personal war auch freundlich. Das Bad hat uns auch gefallen. Den Spa konnten wir leider aus zeitlichen Gründen nicht besuchen.

Cons:

Erstmal das dieses Hotel renoviert wird ist sehr gut und muss man machen, aber am Samstag ab 8 Uhr laute Bohrgeräusche zuhören fanden wir nicht gut auch war nur eine Wasserflasche für zwei Person zur Begrüßung etwas wenig für 5 Sterne es war auch etwas zuviel Staub im Zimmer auf den Möbeln. Das Frühstück war okay, aber weit entfernt von 5 Sterne es gab kein frischgepressten Säfte und die Wurst und Käse Auswahl war relativ einfach generell war der Buffetbereich recht klein und Aufback Brötchen und Brot das schmeckt als wäre es abgepackt gewesen gehört eben nicht in ein 5 Sterme Hotel.

4 Tage ohne Warmwasser - nicht lustig!

Von den 10 Tagen Aufenthalt hatten wir drei Tage kein Warmwasser und 1 Tag gar kein Wasser im Zimmer. Grund war eine Baustelle im Haus. Das wurde zwar 2 Tage vorher angekündigt, aber der volle Zimmerpreis wurde verrechnet. Wir hatten ein Upgrade bezahlt, wo wir immerhin 50% der Kosten für das Upgrade zurückbekommen haben (40 € pro Nacht und auch nur nach Urgenz), das ist ein bisschen wenig für die Einschränkung. Zumindest die 4 Tage mit nur Kaltwasser/kein Wasser hätten gar nicht verrechnet werden dürfen. Es gab auch keine Vorab-Information durch das Hotel. Wir wären dort nicht abgestiegen, wenn wir das gewusst hätten.
