Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ok. Das Bad winzig kaum Abstellplatz.
Die Sauberkeit lies leider zu wünschen übrig. Ich habe 3 Nächte gebucht und in meinem Zimmer wurde nicht einmal der Boden gewischt ist schon traurig. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel bin ich ziemlich enttäuscht.

Service, Gepäck wurde selbstverständlich auf das Zimmer gebracht

Cons:

Der Pool ist schon monatelang geschlossen. Auf der Website ist das jedoch nicht zu sehen und hier wird auch der Eindruck vermittelt, dass Kinder im Pool schwimmen dürfen. Als Ersatz hätte ich gegen Aufpreis von 15-20 Euro pro Tag in ein nahe gelegenes 10-15min Fußweg (mit 4jahre altem Kind nicht realistisch) gehen können, jedoch wäre dort die poolnutzung teils nur zw 15.30 und 16:30 erlaubt gewesen... Diesbezüglich sehr unbefriedigend und leider kein preisrabatt erhalten

Zudem auf dem Konferenzraum Flur Urin Geruch vor den entsprechenden Besucher Toiletten.

Breakfast was nice. Location is also good

Cons:

They list a swimming pool that turns out to be unavailable upon arrival. I booked this hotel specifically for this reason

The front desk was rude

Molt agradable
Pros:

Hem estat molt a gust durant la nostra estada. L’hotel ens ha agradat molt i ens hi hem sentit molt còmodes. Ha estat una experiència molt positiva i és un allotjament que recomanaríem a tothom que vulgui gaudir d’una bona estada a Berlín. Sens dubte, repetirÍem!

Cons:

L’únic aspecte menys favorable és que l’hotel estava en obres i no vam poder gaudir de totes les instal·lacions. Tot i això, ja n’érem conscients abans de la nostra arribada, així que ho teníem previst.

Vi bokar endast hotell med pool i Berlin. Den var ur funktion. Stor missräkning. Vi fick rabatt på rummet, men hade hellre haft poolen.
