Nie wieder werde ich dieses Hotel besuchen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist an sich schön und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück auch super und vielfältig! Jedoch scheitert es an den Betten, an den Wellness und spa Bereich die fast nie begehbar sind und dreisten Personal .

Cons:

Wellness Bereich war mal wieder gesperrt, was sehr ärgerlich war, denn wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal da um einfach zu entspannen, was wiederum nicht funktionierte, in dem Zeitraum in dem wir vor Ort waren. Leider war es mal wieder Komplette Geldverschwendung. Außerdem sehr dreistes und unhöfliche Personal beim Frühstück(älterer Mann), der meine Tochter aufforderte ihre Hose zu wechseln weil es bei dem Frühstück nicht angemessen sei sich so zu kleiden. Sehr unverschämt, nochmal werden wir nicht kommen. Spart euch euer Geld!

Für eine Übernachtung ok.
Pros:

Neue Zimmer , Bad modern und sauber.

Cons:

Im Hotel finden Umbauten statt, der PoolLift funktionierte nicht. Wir mussten mit Bademantel und Schlappen durch Baustellen im Hotel und über den nassen und kaltenHof…Treppe rauf und runter( in Begleitung einer netten Angestellten), die Schlappen waren dann durchnässt. Im Poolbereich schimpfte eine osteuropäische „Dame“ das der Poolgleich schliesst und beschwerte sich vor uns Gästen ! Geht garnicht! Der Pool ist natürlich in die Jahre gekommen und um 20: 30 noch mit lärmenden Kindern und deren Eltern in Beschlag genommen.

Tolle Lage und schöne renovierte Zimmer.

Schöne frisch renovierte Zimmer.
Gutes Frühstück.
Top Lage am Kurfürsten Damm.

Cons:

SPA Bereich ist renovierungsbedürftig. Pool ist sehr kalt.
Bauarbeiten in der Lobby (dadurch Großteil der Lobby gesperrt).
Bar und Restaurant waren behelfsweise in einem kleinen Nebenbereich. Das Personal gibt sich aber Mühe das Beste daraus zu machen.

Vorab hatten wir gefragt ob die Renovierungen abgeschlossen sind. Dies wurde bejaht. Offensichtlich ist das aber noch nicht der Fall.
