Hea asukohaga ja töö- ning puhkusereisiks hea peatumiskoht.
Pros:

Hommikusöök oli suurepärane, asukoht, puhtus väga head. Personal abivalmis. Saunad ja bassein head.

Cons:

Oli broneeritud 2-ne tuba, puudusid hommikumantel ja sussid teisele külastajale.
Kui küsisime, siis muidugi toodi. Hubane see tuba ei ole, kuigi kõik vajalik on olemas.

Cons:

Śniadania bardzo słabe, mały wybór. W pokoju 3 osobowym nie było przygotowanego łóżka dla 3 osoby. Brak wystarczającej ilości ręczników, suszarka tylko z lekko ciepłym nawiewem. Łóżko musieliśmy sami pościelić. Brak jednego kompletu poscieli ( również poduszek i kołdry).

Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Zimmer war wunderbar ruhig zum Schlafen, und großzügig geschnitten, das Schwimmen im Pool bot einen guten Tagesauftakt - gerne wieder!

Cons:

Im Zimmer fehlte mir als Ausstattung ein Klassiker: Block mit Stift für Notizen.

Pros:

Alles wat je nodig hebt .
Heel lekker ontbijt met alles erop en eraan.
Kamer was in orde.
Prijs-kwaliteit heel goed.

Cons:

Compact, maar douche was heel klein.
Ook in de tramhall achteraan beland, en die was heel smerig, wellicht niet voor gasten bedoeld.

Et dejligt ophold til rimelig pris
Pros:

Hyggeligt og pænt hotel med pæne værelser. God morgen mad med et stort udvalg.
Overvejende god service, men stor forskel på personalets imødekommenhed, lige fra meget smilende og venlige til nogle mere afmålt kølige.
God value for money på opholdet

Cons:

Direkte på Ku’damm er ikke den mest charmerende beliggenhed og der var også en del støj på terrassen, men det er nemt at komme omkring i byen derfra.
Noget af personalet kunne god være mere imødekommende. Priser i bar og restaurant er til den dyre side

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war extrem unfreundlich. Das Frühstück war chaotisch. Zu wenig Plätze, zu kleines Buffet für die Anzahl der Gäste, zu wenig Platz um das Buffet herum. Qualität der Speisen ließ zu wünschen.
Aufzug war defekt. Lange Wartezeit. Die Zimmertuer zum Gaesteflur schloss nicht komplett. Im Falle von Feuer kann es zu Rauchentwicklung kommen. Ferner ist es laut. Im Badezimmer gibt zu wenig Ablageflaeche.
