I felt very appreciated
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at the Omni Berkshire.

Check in was smooth, I was given a nice amenity, my dining experience was wonderful, cleaning services were prompt and great, check out was smooth.

I selected the non-refundable option for value since I knew i was taking this trip.

Good hotel, generally comfortably stay.
Pros:

Good location very short walk to MTA subway, cookies for kids on arrival. Bar area was good service.

Cons:

Lack of towels and shower gel was a daily issue.

One of the Best in Midtown!
Pros:

We love the Omni Berkshire Place. The location is GREAT for our travel needs - right in the heart of midtown and in walking distance too everything we enjoy during our stays. The rooms are very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Berk's Bar is delicious and service is great. The staff on the premise is very kind and helpful - from arrival to departure! It is absolutely one of our favorites and we have chosen to stay here time after time when we visit.

We had an excellent stay, very comfortable, well-located and good service. We would come again!
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and spacious. We had our 10 year old granddaughter with us, and we had plenty of space in the two rooms of the suite and the bath. They brought coffee service up for us at our request, which was very nice. The room was quiet. Location was perfect and the staff, particularly bell staff, were so nice.

Cons:

The building is historical, so that is nice, but the hotel is a bit dated. The breakfast area is fine, the food was good,
but it is not too visually appealing.

Localização boa, proxima a quinta avenida e saint patricks catedral, hotel impecável e atendimento muito bom, fiz o checkin antes do combinado e me arrumaram o quarto, voltarei mais vezes para o Omni.

Cons:

10min do metro mais próximo. Mas aceitável.

Best caring staff with a great location
Pros:

From the moment we were met at reception until we checked out, we were welcomed and made to feel like we were appreciated. The rooms were well appointed and stocked. It was a very pleasant experience. The location is great right in the middle of midtown!

The Omni Berkshire is a reliable place to stay in the heart of the Big Apple.
Pros:

The room was great, the location makes it walkable for most activities or needs that I have and the Team where all very kind and happy to respond to me questions or needs.

Cons:

I think that the restaurant and bar hours are not in tune with the needs or wishes of your guests. At a minimium, you should have the bar with a mini-bar menu available all day.
