My family stayed at the Omni Berkshire for our most recent trip to NYC. We found the location to be very convenient in that you were far enough away from the crazy of Times Square but also close enough to walk. Convenient subway locations were able to get us to downtown to the 9/11 memorial and World Trade Center.
Our room was a comfortable size considering the normal size of NYC rooms. The full size beds were definitely “snug” for 2 adults. The hotel gave off a “old school speak easy vibe” thus the older decor which did not matter too much to us.
We drove in so appreciated the valet parking. Very reasonable price for that.

Omni Washington DC my go to hotel when I visit my daughter! From first experience at check in meeting Alton very professional and knowledgeable my stay started off very positive. He guided me on my questions and took the time to appreciate my loyalty to Omni. The ambiance of the Omni DC property is unmatched with overwhelming appeal to the architecture and art exhibited. Walking around the grounds the gardens are so colorful well kept and flowers in spring bloom. The pool and gym are must experiences. I worked one day remote from the room WIFI excellent and views from the balcony exciting views of city. I watched FIFA from bar lounge burger and beer. Morning breakfast in the main hall and service excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, beautiful hotel, terrific room, clean and great interior design. Very helpful and friendly staff. We love it and keep coming back. Mary helped us find a fantastic lunch spot near the show we were seeing. Only wish there was a pool.
We were pleasantly surprised how good our stay was. The hotel is in a great location to walk everywhere. The front desk staff was super nice. The lobby wasn't chaotic like other hotels in host FIFA cities. The bed was very comfortable, the blinds kept out the morning sunlight, the shower had great water pressure, and the temperature of the room was easy to control. We will stay here again.
I stayed at the Omni Berkshire Place on June 14 for One night. When I checked out the gentleman never provided a receipt. I had prepaid my night (booked my stay in Expedia). I was aware there would be a small charged paid at property. I called the Omni on the 18th because I saw a third charge, no one could explain it and when escalated to the “Manager” she masked it as a different fee. I pulled up the Expedia confirmation # and she agreed to speak to the “accounting team”. It’s been 2 weeks and credit received for this extra charge. I will never book the Omni again due this experience.
This will be the last time I stay at this hotel. Because of the convenient location to business meetings, I have stayed here several times this year. I’m disappointed each and every time—hotel and rooms are outdated, furnishings need replacing, front desk staff often seems like unhappy—nothing about the hotel speaks “high end” or client-focused so it’s hard to understand why this hotel is a 5-star. It feels like a 4-star at best. My room this time had very worn down headboard…just not high end.
Great location terrible room, the sheets actually cut my skin. They were rough and ripped, never experienced such a terrible linen experience it disrupted my sleep and trip.
I stayed there as part of a business convention. Service was unacceptable. My room was not cleaned for 2 days in a row. The 2nd time, I reported again to the front desk and asked for the room to be cleaned later in the day and it was not. Just unacceptable. It was such abad experience, did not feel considered. I definitely do not recommend this place, plenty of better options in the city.
