I’m here frequently for work, and I’ve always enjoyed staying at this 🏨. Unfortunately, my most recent stay so for has been very disappointing.
I’ve been without AC for the past week, and because there haven’t been any rooms available to move me into, I’ve had to stay in a room that feels like a sauna. It’s been extremely uncomfortable, especially during these hot 🥵 summer days.
While I understand that maintenance issues can happen, I’m disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they handle situations like this in the future.
You have to pay for breakfast at the hotel. 20.00 per person is a bit much.
The air conditioning in the room was not working when we arrived on a Friday.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Every interaction with the team made me feel valued as a guest. The excellent customer service and attention to detail really stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Although I was disappointed by how the hotel treats its valet staff. They have employees standing outside for hours in 80–90° weather with no fans, no seating, and very little relief from the heat. It’s concerning to see people expected to work in those conditions without basic accommodations. Taking care of employees should be a priority, and providing things like fans, chairs for breaks, and adequate shade is the bare minimum. I hope management takes steps to improve the working conditions for their valet team.
Booked water view rooms didn’t get, other than check in and valet staff…rude, incompetent and restaurant was poor. Breakfast ended at 10, we were in line to be seated before 10, once staff finally helped us it was 10:02; wouldn’t seat us. Typical of 3 days at hotel.

The view was good from the room. Staff was nice
There was no coffee station in the lobby. It’s not nice. Usually all big hotels have coffee machines in the concierge area all the time. I also found that the couch in the living area was stained and dirty. I didn’t like the toiletries as well. They should use good branded toiletries. The office table in my room was also kinda dirty.
The bed was very comfortable.

There were activities within walking distance of the hotel
The carpet looked dingy. The carpet needs deep cleaning and parking sucks. We were in a tall pick up and barely made it in the parking deck.
The breakfast was hot and the fruit was delicious!
The room could have came with a microwave! The tub/shower was out dated!
Convenient, clean, quiet, and comfortable.
