not worth the money
Pros:

the morning waitress staff very helpfull especially Minmi
only have to ask once ands re rememberd what we liked.

Cons:

room was not cleaned every day, bed not made two nights on and bathroom was not cleaned
we stayed for 5 nights and felt house keeping should have better attention to details.
room we stayed in 652 TV keeped turning itself off and the safe did not work, asked receprion man to sort the safe out three time and then we gave up asking.
evening food not good value for the money, poor variety of food offered.

Nice atmosphere
Pros:

I haven’t been to VA in about 10 yrs. Upon arrival The valet Dermott assisted me with getting a cart and loading my bags. He was very helpful and professional. The staff was very nice and made sure I was taken care of.

TJ is Service Excellence
Pros:

Our company planned our conference at Sheraton Norfolk Waterside Hotel. While the hotel was clean and staff was friendly, I want to recognize TJ with PMC (Valet). He was patient, kind and professional in helping me. I rule appreciate you!

Thank you to the entire Sheraton staff! I would definitely stay again!

Your staff deserves better from your corporate team.
Cons:

Slow data rates, unsecure connections, the ISP provides a terrible security infrastructure rendering the IT layers provided completely useless. The food quality was comparable to any cheap complimentary service, but priced at discounted restaurant rates.

Pre cruise hotel stay
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. Valet parking was very convenient. Darryl got our car back to us very quickly.

Easy walking distance from the cruise terminal. About 20 minutes from Norfolk airport.
Pros:

Very convienet to the cruise port. We flew in a day ahead to take a cruise. Didn’t do much sightseeing due to very cold weather (not the hotels problem)
