Easy walking distance from the cruise terminal. About 20 minutes from Norfolk airport.
Pros:

Very convienet to the cruise port. We flew in a day ahead to take a cruise. Didn’t do much sightseeing due to very cold weather (not the hotels problem)

It was ok.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the valet service was excellent.

Cons:

The room was ok but tissue should be new rolls when new guess arrive and not what someone has already used, the shower was dirty, the chair was dirty, the thermostat I turned it off but each time I walked back in it was on and would shut off very creepy, the fire alarm blinked (green) all night which was very creepy to see because it didn’t during the day.

Cons:

I got double charged and it’s been over a month and I still have not received my money back! I’ve sent multiple emails, called and done everything I can. Still no reimbursement. This is not right!
I will not stay here again or recommend someone to stay here for this reason. It is very difficult to reach staff here or someone who can help me.

Too expensive staff not the best, go to a different hotel!

Beds are comfortable

Cons:

You have to pay for parking, literally everything. Lower class hotel/inn have better value. Staff didn’t seem too happy to help. Waited a long time for food just for it to be cold.

Good facility, staff and service need work.

The room was great and the location and views were spectacular

Cons:

The staff was not hospitable and at times downright rude. Room service was very bad. Every time I would call, nobody would answer so I had to go down and order in person. The second time this happened, I waited over two hours only to go down and wait for a half hour for someone to help me. Then found out that the order hadn't been put in yet and now the chef was no longer serving entrees. I finally got my order a half hour after that, but had to wait in the restaurant. Each time this happened, I was given excuses about how busy they were, except there was barely anyone in the restaurant.
