Really nice hotel on riverside with good friendly staff
Pros:

Location was great with a river view. We had access to club lounge on our floor with complimentary soft and hot drinks

Cons:

We used public car park which proved expensive over 3 days

Pros:

The staff is very friendly. The room was clean. The dinner was pretty good. Room was spacious. The location is perfect.

Cons:

The building architecture and infrastructure was outdated and they didn’t have a room service option.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

I loved the river view, the friendliness of the staff, and the location.

Cons:

I wish there was light blocking curtains in the room. The morning sun was a bit too much. I also did not appreciate paying for parking at the garage. Lastly. Staff need to make sure they check all details when assisting with checki ins. I paid for breakfast for my family and I for two days but was served a bill on the first day after breakfast. The issue was resolved but I didn't like the attention received after pointing out the problem. Lastly, please have the wifi details on the room card. That would save guests from having to call or go down to receive that info.

Reqlly nice staff too much $$ in general -762 $ for a two night stsy

Pros:

I love the Club on the 10th floor, it made working from the hotel much better then working from the room. Staff there was great,

Cons:

Only thing we didn't like was when we booked it we booked a room with a patio (description said patio) but the room we got did not have a patio. However staff looked into it and made it better.

I like the location & the hotel was nice

Cons:

I was highly upset to be double booked in the same room with people I didn't know. Me & my party opened our room door &:walked in on people that already had a key to the room. That was a horrible experience
