Pros:

We were there for a conference, it was very convenient to stay at the same location. I loved having the coffee shop on site as well.

Pros:

Location, location, location... A lot of restaurants around to choose from between Dupont Circle and Cleveland Park, Adams Morgan you can eat different restaurant every day for months.. Right next to the metro station is a huge deal. Everything is in reach.

Cons:

Feels a little bit outdated. And I really don't like wake up to men working on my balcony... 4 days out of 5 they were there, working, making a lot of noise from 8am.

My daughter lives across the street - I have stayed at your hotel a few times - I don’t appreciate the rate being more than double from the last time I stayed there - that is ridiculous that u take advantage of people like that……

For the price we paid I expected excellence in everything. Did not receive it.
Pros:

The employees that handled our luggage and parked and retrieved our vehicle did excellent work.

Cons:

The employee who checked us into our room wrote room number 595 on our card holder for the west wing. When we arrived at the room, the room was already occupied. Fortunately the employee who brought our baggage to the room helped us out by calling the front office and found out that the room was actually supposed to be room number 596 west wing. The day we left the hotel I once again asked the same employee at the front desk if I could have a cart to bring up to our room to collect our luggage. He said he would send up an employee to our room with a cart to collect our luggage. Nothing happened. I had to come down to the front desk once again and ask another employee to send up a cart to collect our luggage. Just a few minutes later an employee came up to our room and collected our luggage.

Also my wife was told by an employee that breakfast was included with the price of our room. Well we found out that this was not true and two mornings breakfasts were added to our bill.

The bathroom tub stop had to fixed by a maintenance employee. The refrigerator in the room did not refrigerate.

Overly priced hotel that desperately needs an update including in the room beds, carpets and bedding - not Omni standard
Pros:

It was a large property in a good location if you can’t be in the city.

Cons:

It was old, worn down looking, the sheets were rough and itchy, the carpets need to be washed, the room smelled misty, the air was dry and moldy. This is a property that desperately needs to be updated to Omni standards. The price for the hotel was outrageous given it was more like a 2 or 3 star.

Pretty Good.
Pros:

Great Room. Light and Airy and very spacious. Location was great for me as had meetings nearby but may not be so great for people who want to be central (although very close to the subway).

Cons:

Work was going on on the pool which was noisy. My room was not affected but using the pool during the day was hard.
