Cheap; close to the freeway
Poorly trained staff; dirty rooms , walls. My broken 2nd floor sliding glass door had obviously been broken and the locks too. I noticed that after I had brought my second load up. Smoking is obviously going on by the staffer’s and carried down the hallways. I had to clean the filter in my CPAP machine twice! Staff and management need to have the bad “culture “ CHANGED! I will never book there again!
It’s clear and quite
Na
The breakfast was good
The shower curtain was torn the sitting chair was soiled and questionable stains on it there no hair dryer the paint was peeling and damaged
Free breakfast
No ice machine, broken plug ins and lights,
The young lady that checked us in was cordial, and did offer a smile.
During check in, the receptionist wasn't that cordial though she did explain about the breakfast and pool. I had to ask about check out as I had forgotten that info on the reservation. During checkout another receptionist was not at all courteous. I can stand being by the book, it is a business but a little inquiring goes a long way to motivating me to come again.
Breakfast was good. The air conditioner worked. The mattress was comfortable
The rooms were old and well worn. The main light flashed like a strobe and made a noise(I showed the front desk). The hair dryer was a fire hazard. The ice machines didn’t work at alll on 2 of the 3 floors. The lobby made it seem like it was updated but it wasn’t where we stayed. Another guest complained because he was sent to a room that wasn’t even cleaned. There wasn’t vending to get a soda.
Really great price for the quality, staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms very clean. Didn’t have to worry about our vehicle being messed with in the parking lot. I especially loved the pool/outside area with all the plants. Definitely will stay here again!
Breakfast,
Check in attendant did not know how to change reservation, could not change my reservation date from one week ahead to date I arrived. She said she did not know how to do it, said I have to cancel my reservation, get new one at higher rate 80.00 plus taxes vs $140.00, S h e said she would credit difference, but did not happen. Be mindfull that this wasat 9:30.pm. I am disputing difference of 80.00.plus to.140.00.plus tax on my Amex card when I receive current bill
Pretty
Nice n cool
The swimming pool was good for the kids
They didn’t have a working ice machine on our level. The facilities were really dirty and gross. Our room smelled like cigarettes. The carpet was like black from years of just whatever when you’re worried if your clothes drop on the floor for a second it’s an issue.
This hotel has some major problems. The entire 3rd floor reeks of mildew and that smell carries into the rooms. The first room we got on the third floor was really gross, it had stains everywhere including on the towel., AC, microwave, and the mini fridge did not work. There were multiple holes in the wall as well. We requested a room change and got an acceptable room on the 2nd floor. Found out the next day the shower handle was not screwed in properly and could not properly turn to produce hot water. So even after a room change a base amenity was not available. The staff were nice enough, but do you yourself a favor and spend the money for a nicer hotel.
