Scary people and mom got hurt on broken pool chairs
Pros:

Lobby was nice, staff friendly. The wing we were in was scary, with more than one room having domestic disturbances

Cons:

The hallway was in bad repair like all the rooms have been broken into. Tweaker was looking in the window. Neighbors fighting and slamming doors. Cops arrested someone but not everyone
All the pool chairs were broken. Mom fell thru one and got hurt

We have stayed at other La Quinta (Vacaville, CA) which we found to be excellent in many ways, not so much with Redding,
Pros:

Convenient access from interstate and restaurants. Price

Cons:

Not clean, debris on countertops, bath needs paint down to floor tile, television kept “pixeling” out.

The place is an absolute dump. Nothing works. No staff. Terrible breakfast and just plain run down.

The beding was torn and had stains nasty. The first room smelled like urine so bad i could not and they did give me a different room. The towels are nasty and tiny just over all the worst la quinta by far I've ever been at. The place needs better linen, better cleaning, better beds and better food Just no effort clearly expressed buy ownership.

Room number outside missing.
For the same $100 price, the Radisson in Bend was 10x nicer.

Could have been better.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Nice variety.

Cons:

Light in bathroom in pieces. No washcloths. No hair dryer. No tissues. TV didn't work properly.

La Quinta good location great breakfast
Pros:

The location was good with a few restaurants nearby, parking was plentiful the beds were comfortable and our room was large we had a microwave mini fridge ( needed defrosting though) the breakfast was very good with waffles sausage potatoes eggs waffles muffins fruit coffee and many beverages

Cons:

Motel paint indoors and in rooms needs to be refreshed and furniture seemed a little outdated the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed no matter what we tried! We had only one hand towel and no wash clothes for some reason.
