Great location, met the basic needs for an overnight stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect. It’s very close to a light rail (tram) stop and also a 5 minute walk to central station which is the hub of all trains in Sydney.

Cons:

There was mould in the roof of the bathroom. Only 2 elevators were working and they were extremely slow. At one point 15 people were waiting for an elevator in the lobby. It would be good for the hotel to remove the mould and upgrade the elevators.

All the lifts were broken no way of getting up or down the lift we were stuck in the lobby for hours.

I would stay here again. It was close to train, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel was located in a conveniant place, walking distance to the train. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was nice that the towels were changed each day.

Cons:

The only problem we had was the mixed information about restaurant opening times. Both staff and written information handed to us was incorrect. This was inconvenient and resulted in us missing our complementary breakfast and having to find dinner elsewhere. The incorrect information was given by two different staff so communication to staff must be lacking. Also, there was three of us booked into the room but only two mugs and glasses were in the room. Staff did provide us with another set when asked.

Top floor quite dated and under construction but the staff and location make up for it !!

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Great location. Pool area quite nice. Breakfast! Breakfast! Breakfast! Breakfast!

Rooms a little dated, but ok. Beds not the most comfortable.
