Clearly the location is very good.
Inconsistent service level. There is one male receptionist who provides excellent service but the rest pales in comparison. Same with the restaurant staff, not all are able to deliver an acceptable service level. Breakfast is of low standard.

Room could use a deep clean, especially for mould in the bathroom.

Great location. Not close to Circular Quay but easy to get the tram and not far from Darling Harbour. Good food options nearby.
Staff were friendly. Comfy beds.
Slow lift. Looks a bit tired. Pool a bit cold, but kids still went in though.

Obviously the new staff weren’t aware of breakfast policies. Some more training is needed

Very clean and comfortable.
Couldn't get the shower temperature or pressure right.
The staff were friendly and flexible. Room was a good size, easily accommodated 3 of us and could have taken 4. Location is in the heart of the city so very easy to access everything and public transport when needed too.
Nothing much really. In the room the shower could do with either a door or something to prevent the bathroom floor getting very wet. The hotel entrance could do with a ramp for entering and leaving with heavier bags, although understand there is a wheelchair ramp in the garage.

Close to station
Walking in with our suitcases, had to carry them up the stairs, which was hard
Location is very convenient. Room is good space for a staycation. Enough space just for sleeping during the night
Only thing there is not enough hooks to hang 4 towels. Room is a bit dusty. Need vacuum before guests occupies it
The location was excellent. Being in the centre of Sydney made it very convenient to get around. The room was clean and comfortable.
The only issue was that the TV could be upgraded, as it felt a little outdated.
Clean, friendly staff, great buffet breaksfast, walking distance to Paddys Market & supermarket.
The breakfast was good. All staff were nice and accommodating. Easy check in and check out procedure in the hotel.
Also, an incident happened but their maintenance team was able to help immediately after we called the reception. Very proactive and commendable.
I wish there could be more light in the room, but I understand that some people prefer warm lights.
