Convenient location, quiet spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Overall, great value for money.
Pros:

The location is very convenient being, just a 5 minute walk from Central Station. In addition there are many buses into the city around the corner from the hotel. Our room was spacious and quiet, the beds extremely comfortable and the shower pressure excellent. The staff members we encountered were all friendly, efficient and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing - we only stayed for one night and it provided all that we needed!

It was enjoyable
Pros:

Location and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

They didn’t supply toilet brushes and it was an ordeal in getting one. I the manager got me one eventually

Pros:

Good location, clean and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Some rooms are very noisy, staff need to read requests for a quiet room. This was fixed after the first night of no sleep due to airconditioning units and vents outside the room

I would come back here
Pros:

The location was perfect - near Central station so I was able to walk to and from the train to the airport. The reception area is really attractive and Thomas St Kitchen looked like a good place to eat and drink. Loved the tea selection!

Cons:

Just a minor cleanliness concern that the management responded to so all good.

Comfortable and welcoming place to stay great location
Pros:

I was able to walk to all. The restaurant and bar was welcoming and I was able to have a night cap after a city outing . It was a really nice base to stay with a great feel. I would stay there again
