Perfekt für einen kurzen Landshut-Aufenthalt mit unkompliziertem Check-In und sehr freundlichen Gastgebern - nochmals vielen Dank für den offerierten Kaffe am Morgen. Speziell erwähnenswert ist die ausserordentliche Sauberkeit von Zimmer & Bad! Die Lage zu Bahnhof und Zentrum ist ideal, aber auch sehr laut - jedoch nur bei offenem Fenster.

Ich wurde außergewöhnlich freundlich empfangen und bekam sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade der Zimmerkategorie. Zusätzlich gabs noch ein Willkomensbierchen und ein nettes Gespräch. Danke nochmal.

Pros:

Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus. Die Gastgeber sind außerordentlich freundlich. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen.
Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten. Aber super fanden wir, dass es morgens frisch gebrühten Kaffee gibt, den wir sehr genossen haben und zudem kostenlos zur Verfügung steht. Man könnte auch ein mitgebrachtes Frühstück (gleich gegenüber ist ein REWE) im Frühstücksraum des Hotels dazu verzehren.
Wir haben uns im Hotel Luitpold sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Friendly caring owners. Great location a short distance from train station.
Pros:

The gentleman ( owner) who greeted us was very friendly and welcoming. He really appeared to care about his business and the guests. The room was exactly as described. As mother and daughter who didn't want to sleep in a double bed with one mattress we had booked a room with two single beds but got a room with a double bed. However, as there were two very comfortable mattresses on the bed we slept well and felt "separate".
We liked the fact there were roller-blinds on the windows so it was dark. We are not a fan of flimsy curtains that let in all the morning light. Despite being so close to the road it was really quiet with the window shut which was great. The owner allowed us two plates and some cutlery so we could eat our breakfast in the room sitting at the little table which was a bonus and a kindness. We were also given a kettle which was very important for us as we like to have a morning cup of tea.
The location was good for us as it is not far from the train station (8 minutes walk) which was necessary for us as we were travelling by train. It is about 13 minutes on foot from Landshut centre which was also good as we wanted to explore the town and castle.
