Pros:

Nothing very run down and didn't stay after seeing the room

Cons:

The TV didn't work the beds were 2 different color blankets . Out of 3 lights only 1 bulb worked . The tub looked like it had been there since the late 1800.

Pros:

I never stayed at the place. They lied about the TVs. They said that all the television was working, but then once I got to the property, they told me nothing was working. I still had to pay deposit and I had to pay regular price. That’s false advertising and the customer service representative agreed Told me that they was gonna refund my money told me to go to another hotel but still charge me haven’t got my refund yet.

Some staff seemed bothered, (body language says a lot), TAKE 50 IN CASH FOR DEPOSIT, comfortable bed, ac was working ok had it it in a low setting yet room didn't get that cold, no fridge, bathtub dirty (cleaned it meself), light on vanity not working, small roaches in vanity area, quiet place, extremely close to gas stations, restaurants and highway, they are rebuilding still, hoping a lot these conditions change

Ms Stefania and Ms Betsie(property manager) and the rest of the staff were great. Very quiet at night, bed was comfortable and slept really good. Do recommend.

Not the worst I’ve stayed in but it’s pretty close
Pros:

Old and outdated building and rooms. No cable tv service. They had a Roku hooked up to the tv but the WiFi was so bad you couldn’t use it. They also do weekly and monthly rentals to the locals. There was also an undisclosed $140 deposits for possible damages. But I didn’t see one thing in the room that was not already damaged. Bathroom door looked like it has been kicked in with big holes in it. Deadbolt on the door was broken and didn’t work at all. Check in was at 4pm. Office finally opened at 4:10. Then we had to wait till 5:15 because the room needed to be cleaned. The office was also closed when we went to check out. The lady at the desk was nice. But it didn’t help the condition of the hotel.
