Pros:

The room was clean. It was fairly quiet.

Cons:

Pillows were very small, blanket on the bed were very thin. Continental breakfast in the morning was very lacking. Have had continental breakfast at other hotels that was much much better. Staff was to laid back, like they didn't care.

Average, tired motel. Convenient for my business needs
Pros:

Good location and proximity to the Expo center.

Cons:

Cleanliness could have been better. A bag of trash was left near the receptacle on my floor (near the elevator) and wasn't picked up for 3 days. Breakfast was always our before I got to it but I was within the stated hours. Hot water was not consistent.

Pros:

Location. Was on same block as event venue.

Cons:

Both rooms that we were given on separate floors Smelled like cigarettes and just a musty smell. No type of sound proofing so definitely NOT family friendly!!!

Overall conditions were horrendous. From bugs in the room to broken doors to peeling paint and smelling of cigarette smoke. Moved three times before finding a room that didn't make us squirm.

Will not stay again.
Pros:

Room was clean. Bathtub chipping, paint chipping. Stated continental breakfast, no breakfast only coffee. No clock or alarm, no phone in rooms.

Cons:

Could hear all the noise from rooms around me. Dog barking at 6am.
