Pros:

Corner room of nice size, except for extremely tight bathroom

Cons:

Hotel is run down and shabby. “Breakfast” was terribly. Front desk staff very nice.

Pros:

The place was clean. Staff was great.

Cons:

The place needed some cosmetic work. The paint was peeling but they painted over it.
I think they take in less fortunate people. The room next to me played the television loud so I was not able to enjoy the television.

Pros:

The room was clean. It was fairly quiet.

Cons:

Pillows were very small, blanket on the bed were very thin. Continental breakfast in the morning was very lacking. Have had continental breakfast at other hotels that was much much better. Staff was to laid back, like they didn't care.

Average, tired motel. Convenient for my business needs
Pros:

Good location and proximity to the Expo center.

Cons:

Cleanliness could have been better. A bag of trash was left near the receptacle on my floor (near the elevator) and wasn't picked up for 3 days. Breakfast was always our before I got to it but I was within the stated hours. Hot water was not consistent.

Pros:

Location. Was on same block as event venue.

Cons:

Both rooms that we were given on separate floors Smelled like cigarettes and just a musty smell. No type of sound proofing so definitely NOT family friendly!!!
