Clean and smelled good. Had access to pool and hot tub
Railroad noise was the worst thing about it
Beds were very comfortable and queen beds so bigger than standard double beds. We had a a kitchenette and two small fridges so we were able to do some basic cooking like bacon and eggs. The property had a pool and spa and a very basic gym. Quite close to the city centre
Only one element on the stove top worked. The carpet needed replacing and could have been cleaner. The train line was very close so quite loud when trains came through.
Great location for the skiers to use the shuttles.
The hot tub is not warm enough, and the pool area was not clean.
Nice to have a little kitchen, even though it was a little worn. Towels were nice and bed was comfortable, liked having extra blankets available.
cleanliness--lots of nastiness on the floor behind the bedside table when I had to move it to get something that fell behind. Light on the dresser did not work but I did not want to reach behind to see if it was plugged in because it was also dirty.
location
Stay at the Sandman Hotel Jasper was disappointing. It was not a quiet experience — the beds were uncomfortable, we could hear a microwave running in the next room, and the toilet was extremely noisy. After a full day of snowboarding, there was no real way to relax and unwind.
Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Staff ( Sean Douglas ) was very helpful and friendly. Easy parking.
Check in took over 45 min with a line up out the door. Multiple buildings so if your with kids and want the pool make sure you aren’t in the building without the pool. No elevators. Door of our room was so hard to close you had to pretty much kick it shut. So loud. Room mix up even when confirming over and over again. Loud morning and night. Bring ear plugs.
Great helpful friendly staff...good space warm bus outside
No restaurant or breakfast
The front desk staff were kind and friendly. The hotel was a great value for the cost. I was not expecting such a nice comfy bed for the price!
We stayed in the building by Denny's. The hot tub was a long walk from our room. Everything else was great.
Easy to get to right off the highway, no noise during stay
Hot Tub is a bit small. Towels for the pool run out quickly
The pool and jacuzzi facilities were solid, the room met expectations, decent enough location. The staff was super friendly, like exceptionally so. That made the stay a bit more pleasant compared to others.
We were placed in the room next to one of the entrances, so I could hear people entering and exiting the building. I'm a light sleeper, especially so on vacation so that was kind of unfortunate. Someone has to stay in those rooms, so I can't really complain too much.
