Overpriced property in need of refurbishment.
Pros:

Proximity to National Park

Cons:

Tired condition of property, some staff were unhelpful and rude. No breakfast buffet, just expensive set meals. Hotel was very expensive for what you get.

Pros:

They had a hot jacuzzi, which was very nice. The location was great just a 5 minute drive to the Grand Canyon. And when we checked in, we saw an elk eating from the tree right in front of us, it was amazing.

Cons:

Would it be nice to have breakfast included.

Nice location but would ask if they fixed the gas leak!!

Reported a gas smell outside and the receptionist said they know about it. Said the fire station is out all the time. This should be fixed asap.
