Pros:

Fantastic Location, clean. Cool atrium area, the restaurant was great and the servers and restaurant staff were very good and nice - the desk, gift shop and most especially the concierge could use some coaching

Decent value right on the doorstep of the Grand Canyon

Great stay!
Pros:

It was so fun to stay here! The staff were all very friendly. Our room was clean and comfy. The atrium was stunning and the hot tub was clean. We felt like VIP while we were here.
