Cons:

I did not stay there, they had no power, generator only worked in the lobby, this hotel is not prepared for emergency at all, they gave us tiny pen lighters to find the room and expected us to stay in the dark, so we left

Comfortable stay close to the Canyon.
Pros:

It was very close to the West entrance of the Grand Canyon and still affordable compared to other places we saw. As a bonus, we saw a giant elk over the fence outside. It's close to the IMAX showing a documentary about the canyon and a documentary about the stars too, there's also food options and a big gift shop close by. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly too. The ice machine was a plus, we didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting! We just wanted to maximise our time in the Canyon so skipped this.

Cons:

We had a great stay really. Very minor point if I had to find one was that the water fountain to refill out water bottles was broken near our room so we couldn't use it.

The location, as expected, was superb. Minutes away from the Canyon!

Cons:

The only negative thing that I have, the toilet was on a constant refill/empty cycle. I know I could have contacted reception/maintenance, but I was too tired. It wasn't a deal breaker.
