Great value, wonderful service.
Pros:

The staff was exceptional! We booked the wrong date and showed up without a reservation. Although it was very late at night, they accommodated us graciously and with a smile. They also helped to resolve the booking mix-up with Booking.

The door didn't have a deadbolt, and the other guests were loud and obnoxious.The walls are paper-thin, so you could hear anything going on a few doors down.

Nice price for a tour location but over all disappointed
Pros:

It was actually clean and nobody bothered us

Cons:

I paid for and reserved my room online to get it a little cheaper but when I got there they had a out of use sign up for the jacuzzi tub cause I didn't pay the price they charge in person then they turned off the WiFi about 5 hours before our check out time of 11am and the lady with the color in her hair wasnt nice at all

We were looking forward to the pool, but it was too dirty to swim safely.

It was quiet.

Cons:

Pool looked dirty, Common areas are in disrepair and look extremely dirty. The room itself was decent when you get inside. Need to improve appearances. Maybe it would be best not to have residents living in the motel 24/7. Made the place seem sketchy.

Nasty and run down, filthy, out dated, roach invested
Pros:

Nothing...didn't stay ask for a refund we are waiting on it to be credited back to my card

Cons:

EVERYTHING..it was nasty and disgusting..room smelled of cat pee and roach on floor...we left immediately, and went back to front desk for refund..the receptionist was nice once she arrived at the desk, 10 mins or so to check in. People live at this motel, which is fine, but not where u are going to vacation at. Truck in lot with no tags.Just a real bad place,but reviews say it's good...NOT

Nothing was how the picture showed the a.c didnt work the stairs was ropped off the hotel was nasty and booking would not give my money back Will never!! Use booking again

Don’t plan on coming back.
Pros:

The location was good, not in town but close enough to walk to town

Cons:

The room that was reserved was not what we got. A lot of construction going on near our room. There seemed to be a lot of unsavory people hanging around. Someone was sleeping in walkway. The room we were given had a half inch gap by side of door and a one inch gap at the bottom. Exterior could have been cleaner.

Worst place I've ever seen in 65 years. Trashy people live there. Man sitting outside office drinking beer. Broke down cars in parking lot. Broken windows with plastic on them. Room stunk so bad. Refused to stay there. Would not return my money. Absolutely a shit hole.
