The room was nice just no towels or washrags.
There w a s people sitting in their doorways smoking meth pipes.
It was close to downtown.
The door had a crack in it 2 inches wide. There were people staying in the room next to us that we could here talking loud and babies crying all hours of the night the walls are paper thin, they either hung out by the door outside or screamed on the inside. I spoke with the lady at the desk and she said she would handle it but they continued to be loud. We checked out one day early because of this. The bed was also hard as a rock.
I'm so glad I chose to stay in this motel during my trip through the Great Smoky Mountains. Whilst located conveniently in the commercial hub of Gatlinburg, it is on the peaceful edge of this busy, touristy and sometimes quite loud town. While a short ten-minute walk does get you into the centre of the action, I appreciated its quiet location and chilled vibe. The room was clean and spacious, and had everything I needed for a good self-catered stay - microwave, fridge and coffee in the reception.
No breakfast
Rooms need updated a paint job, tv did not pick up channels
The shower water was hot. The bathroom was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.
Smelled like cigarettes, stairs were rusted and unsafe on one side building, people outside walking up down walk way. Door had small gap when closed.
Clean and cheap! Perfect for our one night stay until our cabin was ready!
Close to everything we wanted. We were able to bring our fur babies. Staff was 100%, friendly helpful and smiling.
Large tub in our king suite broken and unusable. Ice machine broke had to go to front desk every time with a cheap plastic bucket that has no insulation.
The room was very clean, nice bathroom. Great staff very helpful and friendly
The bed was very hard
I liked that the hotel is close to everything and that they don’t charge for dogs. However, the shower nozzle was broken and I burned my back pretty badly. The bed is extremely hard, and I couldn’t sleep well at all. The room is also much smaller than advertised. I would not recommend this place.
The price was to expensive, not like it shows in the advertisement, room small and the bathroom nozzle is broken I burn my hack really bad with the extremely HOT WATER M! Bed was very hard nearly had some sleep.
It was in a great location, cause we wasn’t right on top of everything and our trolley ran right in front of our hotel. It was wonderful.
It was fine we enjoyed our
