Great little hotel in a very good location

Cons:

The face of a hotel is determined by the staff at front desk. If you’re gonna put a staff who does not know to communicate in a proper manner then you’re gonna be losing customers. Please train your staff not to be snobs.

Great hotel and good value for money with friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Location was perfect to access the centre and also Village Shopping Centre. Good sized room and good to have a fridge. Staff were really helpful

Cons:

A kettle for tea would have been better than a microwave.
The breakfast at Denny's is a little expensive and I would advise people to walk to Starbucks as an alternative

Front desk guy Josh was fantastic. Friendly, welcoming, professional.

Cons:

Bathroom floor wasn't clean when we got there, had paw prints and stains that needed to be wiped with wet towel. Room felt just a little cramped and small for two adults and two doggos.
