boa localização; bom café da manha; quarto com tamanho bom

Cons:

chuveiro pessimo; pouca agua , dificil de regular temperatura; cartão desmagnetiza com frequencia; restaurante sem comida no jantar (pedi 3 pratos e não tinha os 3); atendimento sofrivel (recepção e restaurante)

Localização excelente bem proximo ao shopping tem lanches por perto Limpeza impecável atendimento sensacional apartamento vista da cidade piscina ótima!! Camas confortáveis porta de aparelhos de alta tecnologia

Cons:

O cartão magnético estava com problemas ao abrir a porta ea piscina não estava disponível por 2 vezes que mim hospedei nesse hotel isso no mesmo ano .

Pros:

primeira vez que fui a Palmas, quero ir outras vezes gostei da cidade, hotel exelente, custo beneficio muito bom funcionarios ótimos, com certeza ficarei hospedado no Vivence quando for novamente, gostei de tudo do inicio ao fim.

Localização e vista perfeita meia quadra do mac Donalds , bobs e shoping, piscina no alto, quarto grande , camas excepcionais , café bom, garagem próxima ao elevador, carrinho p malas.

Cons:

Na piscina poderia pelo menos ter um interfone para pedir alguma coisa, nao tem ninguem la nem como se comunicar, chuveiro impossivel de regular o equilibrio quente e frio precisa de manutenção , identificação, na verdade seria bom ser trocada ducha, quarto tive que abrir tudo pra sair cheiro de cigarro.

Confortável e voltaria de novo para o Vivence Suites para nova temporada.
Pros:

Café da manhã muito interessante. Hotel com excelente localização
Só não 100% por causa da piscina que não funcionou.
Equipe quase toda atenciosa...!

Cons:

Ausencia da piscina e retorno do estacionamento pra entrada principal do Hotel meio confusa.
Necessita de acessibilidade com maior clareza.
