Cons:

Tive alguns problemas no quarto e a recpção enrolou demais para resolver. Me falaram que a solução só seria resolvida na manhã do meu check-out.
Somente insistindo consegui mudar de quarto. Bem ruim o atendimento!

Pros:

O quarto e amplo, bem limpo , cama confortável e lençóis limpos também. Banheiro com duchamuito boa. Quartos silenciosos. Bom café da manhã com bastante variedade e qualidade.

Cons:

Cheguei de madrugada e o funcionário, homem e forte,nao se ofereceu para me ajudar com as malas que eram grandes e pesadas. Faltou um pouco de bom senso ou treinamento.
