Nossa experiência no Hotel Vivence teve pontos muito positivos. Recebemos early check-in sem dificuldades, o quarto era espaçoso, confortável e bem cuidado, e o café da manhã foi excelente, com boa variedade e qualidade.

Cons:

No entanto, houve uma situação extremamente séria que comprometeu nossa avaliação. O hotel compartilhou o número de telefone celular do meu cunhado com um motorista de Uber sem autorização. Trata-se de uma quebra de sigilo e privacidade que jamais deveria ocorrer em um estabelecimento de hospedagem.

Embora tenhamos apreciado as instalações e o atendimento em diversos aspectos, a proteção dos dados dos hóspedes deve ser tratada com máxima responsabilidade. Infelizmente, esse incidente prejudicou significativamente nossa confiança no hotel.

Funcionários não são treinados para sigilo de dados pessoais dos hóspedes. Passaram telefone do meu marido para um motorista de aplicativo de uber. Quando questionamos o hotel, perguntaram se temos provas.....fica a critério de quem ler.....o uber não foi solicitado pelo celular e o único local que solicitaram o celular do meu marido foi na recepção do hotel. Por isso não recomendo o hotel e não volto nunca mais.

There is more opportunity around with better value
Pros:

When I arrive at the Staff, I said to him about my booking and he said that I did not booking in this hotel because I did other app I think he’s did not have patience to search more in his computer. He wasn’t polite with me after after sometime he realize that my booking was there so I had a stressful moment because I was tired and I have been travel 10 hours
