Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nicht zu weit weg von der Innenstadt/Attraktionen aber trotzdem ruhig.
Zimmer sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Betten sind bequem. Fenster kann man wie immer nicht öffnen. Klimaanlage älter aber ausstellbar.
Das Wasser aus dem Wasserautomat war geschmacklich nicht so gut.
Frühstück typisch amerikanisch. Aber ok.
Bei 2 Nächten kein Roomservice.
Good location, comfortable stay, friendly staff
Breakfast is below average. The so called mush (scrambled eggs) were terrible. Not edible at all. There was bacon/pork both days. Hotel should consider adding beef/chicken/ turkey options to include everyone. Breakfast needs a major upgrade. The rooms also need to be updated, furniture and fixtures are extremely old.
Rooms were very clean.
Breakfast was a little disappointing. In meat you only had bacon so no consideration for those that dont eat it. Wish there were fruits with waffles.

Un po’ caotica la colazione anche se abbastanza varia con tendenza a trovare tavoli non sempre puliti (che poi venivano prontamente puliti). Male il fatto che non hanno rifatto la stanza essendo stati meno di 3 notti. Il riassetto è il minimo per alberghi di questa categoria. Da migliorare questo aspetto. Parcheggio auto un po’ caro.

No windows and lack of fresh air

I recommend this hotel. It is basic but clean and conveniently located near Clifton Hill. You can park there until 2 p.m. on the day you check out. Parking is extra $24, which is standard for Niagara Falls. There is a $5 per day parking nearby, but you cannot park there overnight.
The beds in the room are comfortable, and there is a microwave, a fridge, and a hair dryer. The bathroom fixtures are all new, and both the bathroom and the linens are clean. The staff are professional.
The rooms also have good sound insulation, so you don’t hear any noise from the hallway or other rooms.
The breakfast area is a bit chaotic, but eventually you will find plenty of options for breakfast, both American and continental.
There are a pool and a gym as well, but we did not check those areas.

This hotel is in a very good location, so much we can just walk to. Our room was newly renovated and very nice. The refrigerator wasn’t very cold and the nice gentleman was there in less than 5 min. to address (just had to adjust a setting on the back of it). Despite the ton of people cycling through they keep it surprisingly clean. Breakfast was not that great, thus 4 stars. Bread and danishes were stale. Other options were very limited and meh. Overall we’d stay here again if in the area.
Bedrooms were comfy. Pool was open and appeared to be clean.
Bad neighborhood apparently. Our car was broken into and our bags were stolen. Hotel does not have video footage.
Location was great. We could walk to most things.
Beds and pillows could have been more comfortable.
