Cons:

I went to an event and came back to my room after it was finished to find out I was unable to use my key to get into my room. I was pretty tired from the event. My reservation was checked in under another customer’s name even though I booked online. Had to submit my information again and use my card once again to pay for the incidental fee.

I associate Red Lion as a good brand and did not do my usual homework reading reviews.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and polite. The TV was new and easy to use with DirecTV.

Cons:

The room was not clean. The mattress was terrible. The tub did not drain during my shower

Pros:

I really liked that the hotel was right off the interstate very easy to get to. Very easy to get in and out with a nice check-in area.

Cons:

The hotel was definitely an outdated conference center. It definitely was a high-end motel back in the 90s but it was neglected and needed updated. If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay, it will definitely fit the bill but keep in mind it’s not the newest.
