Pros:

The price and it was pretty close to the cruise terminal

Pros:

Great location to watch parades. Clean and comfortable. Love the security.

Cons:

We walk everywhere while we are in NOLA. It's a pretty long walk to the French Quarter.

Great location but has cleanliness issue
Pros:

The price is cheap for its location. Room size is good for two people. There's a streetcar stop right in front of the hotel. Microwave and ironing board inside the room.

Cons:

No kettle/tea/coffee inside the room. Housekeeping came once in two days instead of everyday? There was electricity issue during the last two nights of our stay. We couldn't charge our phones, no hot water, no wifi.... Water was leaking from the fridge. They wanted to compensate us with free breakfast but the information didn't reach us in time?

Me and my little boy thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

the location was so nice and employees were constantly monitoring

there were a few things i had to wipe down before use like the bathtub. No big complaints

My stay was nothing but amazing. Gives me hope on people being respectful and caring.
Pros:

I love the location of the property and the staff members are so amazing and treats you like family. This is my second visit at the property and I think I have found my forever hotel for my visit.

Cons:

The only dislike is the price dis not included breakfast and the price of parking but I understand that during events prices increases. I think that was my real only dislike.

cheap hotel and you get what you pay for

Cons:

front desk staff. unorganized, loud, and more interested in talking to coworkers than actually moving swiftly

Pros:

The hotel has a great location for parades and the trolley. Front desk and housekeeping staff were great.

Cons:

$50 a night for parking during special events is a little much (but we didn’t use the hotel parking). The same room was also $500 cheaper if I had booked it last week compared to over a month ago. Also went to check breakfast one morning and was told it was $14.99 but I paid to have breakfast included. We decided to go downtown to eat( just easier to than getting front desk and everyone else involved.

Do not ever say in this hotel
Pros:

This hotel is dangerous, poorly run, dirty, and poorly lit. All the rooms open to the outside and security is terrible. Housekeeping does not clean the rooms; the towels are thin and threadbare; the sheets are scratchy, and there are BEDBUGS. The neighborhood is terrible.

Pros:

I had to change rooms 4 times in 3 days. On the first, the door jam blocked my leaving the room. I was literally locked in. The second room could not get lower than 80 degrees. The third could not get above 60 degrees. The fourth, one of their premiere suites, was still missing basic items. The staff generally tried to do what they could. But they were not able to prevent someone trying to break into one of the rooms of the women in our group. Several also had to have multiple rooms or chose to leave in fear and disgust to find another place to stay. The Maison needs a great deal of work.

Pros:

We love Maison St Charles. Front desk staff are exceptional!!Have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. Convenient to street car and walking distance to many restaurants and WW2 museum and beautiful garden district homes.

I would definitely stay again.. beds were comfortable
Pros:

Cute and private courtyard. Loved Mr.Eds right beside the hotel!

Cons:

Doors on 1st floor had gaps that I had to put a towel in each night. Bathrooms were a bit small and electrical issues with fan&lights not syncing.
