Beautiful property and great location.
Could use better pillows
This hotel is a gem. It is on the most famous street in the city. The façade facing the street hides what is behind it.
Nothing to note.
It was a nice place. Clean and comfortable. We were close to Burbon Street and the French corridor. The transportation was great. The buses and streetcars ran constantly and it was easy getting around.
There wasn’t anything that I disliked.

Only issue we had on our stay was we asked for towel exchange and had to call again to finally get it, other than that excellent property
The property was full of stray cats that the staff fed. There were 2 roaches in my room during my stay. There was a Gould smell of cat food and urine around my room door.
They dozen stray cats on the property (I’m highly allergic) and the smell of cat urine and cat food
There really was nothing to dislike about the location. The staff was fantastic, the room was great, and the layout for the breakfast area was great as well.
$14.99 is a bit High for the breakfast that they had. It was your typical Hotel breakfast. The stop taking care of it was very nice, but I regular restaurant with better variety would have ran real close to the same price.

We loved the location in the lower garden district, so easy to walk to restaurants and just walk our dog in such wonderful streets. You are wonderful about dog people! Thank you for allowing us to have our River with us. And the hot tub and pool were a nice touch and very relaxing after a long day of walking! Also love the high ceilings, quiet, and comfortable bed -- so much to like about this place. We'll definitely be back.
I guess the thing that left us feeling a bit despondent was the smoke alarm, which started chirping at 3 a.m. the day we were planning to make a long 10-hour drive back home. It is nothing you can anticipate I suppose, but there was just no way we could reach it with any furniture in the room -- on such a high ceiling, we tried helplessly just to sleep through it, but it was impossible. And we didn't want to wake up others with something that silly; I mean, what could be done? Who would have a ladder at 3 a.m.? So we just packed up and left. It's stupid of course, but man it was just irritating. (Maybe figure out how old your batteries are and have a schedule to change them before they start to go out?). I don't know.

Location and comfortable bed
The shower had no sliding doors or shower curtains so water went everywhere when we took showers. Pool was closed I'm assuming for maintenance. The workers don't announce themselves before just entering your room (while I was getting ready) definitely freaked me out. My fiance told the front desk they said they'll address it. Long story short we only stayed 1 night.
The courtyards were so beautiful and there is so many wonderful things right within walking distance plus the street car is right there as well
There is no coffee in the rooms and it rained every day during my visit so I had to walk through the rain to go to the front to get coffee
Hot breakfast was good (eggs, bacon, potatoes, sausage gravy, etc.). Room very clean. Bed/pillows very comfortable. TV initially did not work. Maintenance was very prompt in fixing it. All staff personnel with whom I interacted were very friendly.
Room should have more power outlets on tables. Location: Not the hotel's fault but the Streetcar transportation is very unreliable. Cars run on their own time - I would not try to take one if you needed to be somewhere on a fixed time (one of the reasons I picked this hotel is that there is a stop directly in front of the hotel). Maintenance work on tracks made dependability a major variable. Track could be closed in the middle of the your day trip - leaving you stranded wherever the car stopped. As a tourist city, this needs to be fixed.
Closer to to public transportation, very comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly
