Rooms could use some updating but it’s New Orleans so it’s fine.
The staff was good and the location is great.
We could hear everything from our neighboring room. Full conversations and any noises. Need to sound proof these rooms better.
We loved our stay and would definitely stay again in the future. All the staff we spoke with were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The court yard and pool area were well kept and the room was clean and comfortable.
The only issue we had was with the sink in our room not draining. It was fixed once during our stay and worked for a little while and then stopped again.

Le personnel du petit déjeuner est très sympathique et tout est vraiment parfait côté choix et qualité des aliments.
Par contre l'accueil à l'arrivée est déplorable et nous en gardons un très mauvais souvenir. Nous avons été reçus, on ne peut pas dire accueillis, par une jeune femme qui a réussi à ne pas décrocher un seul sourire et comme nous ne parlions facilement anglais, était exaspérée que nous lui demandions parfois de répéter. Il est vrai que nous l'avons certainement dérangée, pas dans son travail mais dans sa conversation téléphonique personnelle qu'elle a tenue pendant tout le temps de notre enregistrement. Jamais nous n'avons eu autant de mépris de la part d'une employée d'accueil.
Peut-être faudrait-il lui expliquer que nous sommes des touristes et lui rappeler que effectivement nous parlons mal l'anglais mais qu'elle, elle ne parle absolument pas le français et que nous ne l'avons pas blâmée pour ça.
Donc si vous êtes français et pas parfaitement bilingues vous pouvez choisir un autre hébergement. Un comble pour un établissement qui arbore fièrement un drapeau français sur sa façade!

The TV did not work, did not know the location for breakfast we were only told it was served, only 1 set of towels for a room that booked for 4 people

Location feel cleanliness not up to date
We booked the St. Louis Suite and we were so pleased. It was beyond gorgeous and spacious. My favorite feature was the separate sleeping room for our daughter. The pocket doors were fabulous.
Everything was great!
The beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We also loved the convenience of having a streetcar pickup and drop-off right outside the hotel—it made getting around very easy. Since we had a rental car, we appreciated that there was plenty of street parking available, so we didn’t have to pay for hotel parking.
The location was another big plus. It was within walking distance of the World War II Museum, which was a great perk. We also enjoyed having quick food options right next door—Wendy’s and Popeyes were perfect for early morning breakfasts and late-night cravings.
Overall, the location and comfort made our stay very convenient and enjoyable.
The beds were very comfortable, but I felt the bedding was too thin and wished there had been extra blankets available in the room or already on the beds. We also expected that housekeeping would make the beds when we were out for the day, but when we returned, the only service provided was fresh towels left on the unmade beds. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it was a little surprising.
The cable only worked the first night and then stopped working for the remaining three nights of our stay. We were told Cox was updating the service and staff did not know when it would be restored, but we were surprised it never came back on during the rest of our visit.
We also thought the shower setup was awkward. It only had a half glass door, with no curtain or full enclosure, so a lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor after every shower. The small bath mat quickly became soaked, and we had to use some of our towels to keep the floor dry.
