Infested with bugs. Trash was left in the room from previous guests and bed was not clean. The hot trash was collecting maggots, flies, and fruit flies and the room was literally infested with them. They had no water and oversold the rooms as well. It smelled TERRIBLE and was also very potent with the smell of cigarettes

Very dated and hasn’t been updated in decades. They could use dehumidifiers as the a/c was set to a very low temp, building up dampness in room.

Excellent experience! Room cleanliness, amenities, the staff and the service they provided really made our stay great!

The pool was closed, the tv did not work, the gym was closed. There were a ton of fruit flies in the room, the headboard was falling off the wall, the roll away bed was filthy. The breakfast was waffle machine and toast. The rooms do not match the picture.

The overall conditions of our room and hotel in general were absolutely disgusting. Outlets not working, messy floors, water not working, check in took forever due to only having 1 working computer and our bags were gone thru amd moved by the "cleaning crew." I felt very unsafe and uneasy about about my family staying here.

This is the nastiest place I've ever been to. All the rooms smelled like they had mold growing in them. We ended up leaving and booking across the street.

Upon walking in to the room there were bugs and spiders on the floor. The walls weren't even painted the same color.

It took an hour+ to check in and then the room they gave me was disgusting - didn't look like it had been vacuumed or the tub scrubbed in weeks! The place had no soap products, a shower bar half ripped off the wall and smelt soooo smoky. I will never stay here again

Rooms weren’t clean, smelled terrible. The staff was nice though

Terrible. Took over an hour just to check in. Come back to the room after a concert in Ann Arbor to no blankets on the bed, broken bathroom door, it wouldn’t even shut.

Book a double for Zach Bryan concert. Went to checkin and they had given my room away nd only had a single available.

The lady checking us in was good no complaints about her. Check in was extremely slow as only one person was checking people in. It took over 40 minutes. The hallways smelt of a mixture of musty, pet urine, smoke and pot. The room when you opened the door was an overpowering smell of cigarette smoke and very musty. The toilet didn’t flush but husband fixed it by adding water to the tank. The paint was chipping in the bathtub and the floor was sticky and not the cleanest. This hotel is do for some upgrades and a serious deep clean.

This hotel looks like a location for a movie where police go to arrest drug addicts. Very extremely outdated. Only one light in our room worked. No hand soap. Dead bugs on the floor. Has not been swept or vacuumed. Walls were filthy and had paint coming off. Our front door was bent and the weatherization strip was completely off so we could literally see outside when we shut our door. Ants were coming out of the sink. I wouldn’t even take my shoes off in this room. Also you can tell it used to be heavily smoked in.

Room was dirty, pillowcase was stained, floor was obviously not swept, air conditioner knob was broken, and it smelled bad.

Dirty old disgusting

This was the most disgusting room I’ve ever stayed in. The sheets were all stained. The chair and all furniture was disgusting. The floor didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a year. The shower didn’t even turn on. There was black mold all over the air conditioning. 3 floor of exterior doors with no locks at all. Very unsafe and the whole place smelled like mold and mildew. Also a can of indoor bug bomb for roaches sitting inside the ashtray outside. So it evidently has roaches. And I took an hour and a half to check into the room because only 1 computer worked. Also was a little unnerving that a police car circled the hotel the entire day and night. Just straight up gross and unsafe.
