Pros:

早餐非常好，丰富且食材新鲜。位置好，离市中心近，闹中取静。房间很宽敞，我最喜欢阳台房，每天都会泡壶茶呆一会。酒店的安全门锁让我很有安全感，此行我住了好几晚，成了我在美因河旅行的中转站和美好记忆。性价比非常好，下次来还会住这里。

Cons:

酒店洗漱用品有时候会忘了换新的。

Nettes Hotel, gut gelegen - Service ist aber stark verbesserungsfähig
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, Tiefgarage vorhanden aber recht teuer für Gäste. Das Hotel ist schön gestaltet auch die Bar und der Gastro-Bereich. Schöner Innenhof.

Cons:

Service an der Rezeption nicht vorhanden. Im Vorfeld hatten wir angerufen und wollten eine Nacht verlängern. Das war nicht möglich und wir wurden mit der Reservierung-Hotline verbunden. Da dann eine Bandansage: Leider rufen Sie außerhalb unserer Sprechzeiten an. Es war Wochenende.
Wir haben dann über Booking eine weitere Nacht separat gebucht. Beim einchecken haben wir darauf hingewiesen das wir zwei Nächte bleiben. Mit der unfreundlichen Ansage, wir hätten vorher anrufen müssen, wurde uns dann erklärt das wir am nächsten Tag den Check-In neu durchlaufen müssen und zwar inklusive Formular, Personalausweis, Kreditkartenhinterlegung. Wir sind froh das wir nicht umziehen mussten am zweiten Tag. War sehr ärgerlich und hat uns fast zwei Stunden Zeit gekostet.
Statt eines Wiedergutmachdrinks an der Bar, erhielten wir beim Auschecken keine Rechnung. Wir hätten schließlich über Booking gebucht, da gäbe es die Rechnung über Booking.com. Das war nicht richtig, wie wir lernen mussten, denn Booking verwies uns an das Hotel. Die Rechnung mussten wir dann anfordern und haben sie letztlich auch bekommen.

Lovely hotel, would stay again
Pros:

The location is excellent - very near the centre of town but tucked away in a quiet street opposite a small park. A nicely decorated hotel with large rooms, extremely comfortable beds and effective air conditioning, which was necessary in the heat! We would certainly stay here again while in Mainz. And the receptionist who checked us in was lovely and super helpful.

Cons:

It would be useful to increase staffing at busy times at the bar and breakfast. Service could be slow as staff (who were all friendly and professional) were dealing with too much at once.

Wochenendtrip mit vorzüglicher Übernachtung

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Ausstattung in allen Bereichen.

Cons:

Parkgebühren könnten im Preis inbegriffen sein. Gebühren sind recht hoch.
Mineralwasser an der Bar ist teuer. Auf dem Zimmer ist es im Preis inbegriffen.

Good hotel. Bad dining experience.
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness. The room was large. The bed enormous but hard for me personally. Great shower.

Cons:

Dinner at the bar. Was not good. The restaurant was full on a Wednesday night. I’d planned to eat out but due to the heatwave eating in the hotel was preferable. I hadn’t pre booked a table in the restaurant so I had to eat at the bar. It was terrible. The burger was unacceptable. I didn’t complain. I just wanted to eat but I still feel annoyed at how bad it was. Over €30 for a very very very bad burger and a good small pottle of chips. The meat was so hard and overcooked with a soggy bun I couldn’t break up the meat with my fork. I had to use a serrated knife. The chimichurri was green with no taste. Good chips. Hallelujah. A recommendation of a bottle of German Merlot was good. But especially as hotel guest I still feel annoyed.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind mega gemütlich, das Personal sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel hat eine richtig gute Lage zur Stadt und zum Rhein. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Uiteindelijk toch goede ervaring
Pros:

Goed luxe hotel in een toplocatie. Faciliteiten zijn zeer goed, kamers ruim en comfortabel. Hotelmanager was zeer behulpzaam na onaangename aanvaring met één van de medewerkers de kwaliteit van het diner was heel goed. Ontbijt was top. Wij reisden met auto en parkeerfaciliteiten goed.

Cons:

Ondanks dat de restaurant manager zijn uiterste best deed was de service uiterst amateuristisch. Hoofdgerecht kwam voor het voorgerecht werd geserveerd. Daarna bleek het bestelde hoofdgerecht uitverkocht terwijl het al eerder voor ons stond. Ook eerder gedane restaurant reservering was niet doorgegeven terwijl het restaurant lang niet vol was.
