Pros:

Front desk was amazing and helpful. I upgraded to room 505 large balcony, absolutely loved it. Restaurant located inside was delicious and servers and bartenders were very attentive and friendly. Cleaning staff were very efficient and met my every need. This hotel is a perfect location to Old town Mainz within less than 10 min walk. And less thsn 5min walk to a market store.

Smart choice before flights out of Frankfurt
Pros:

Indulgent option near Frankfurt airport if you've got an early departure or late arrival. Everything is high end, and the balcony rooms are worth the splurge. Mainz is a fun little city as well.

Brunfels Hotel is an excellent stay right in the center of Mainz. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are nicely cleaned and charming.
Our favorite is the breakfast, this was incredible! Delicious and every room is so beautifully decorated for a charming stay.

Everything about this hotel was great, breakfast was good, rooms were very comfortable, and AC was ice cold, but the only thing was really poor wifi, roughly 0.5 to 1.5 Mbps, which is largely unacceptable in our modern age.
