Communication could have been better, but close to shopping mall

Location close to Mall which was the plan for the next day.
Bed comfy & room clean.

Cons:

I booked this hotel as had a free airport shuttle. Arrived to find no shuttle, & no phone number worked to try & find how I could get to hotel. Ended up getting a $60 taxi which was very annoying. Staff apologised when arrived but did nothing except say sorry shuttle got damaged. (Would have been nice to know as would have changed hotel as had time too when accident happened) Staff the next day were amazing & did more. Was appreciated, but still frustrating.

Cons:

The reason I booked the hotel was that it had a shuttle to and from O’Hare. I sent a message requesting information about how to connect with the shuttle upon our arrival, but did not receive a response. When we arrived, there was no answer to our phone calls. We had to take a taxi. The cost was substantial.

Buena ubicación pero instalaciones mejorables.

El restaurante en el hotel y la proximidad a la estación de metro, son geniales.

Cons:

I was very happy with everything EXCEPT the bathroom/shower/water pressure
Pros:

The staff was amazing. The room and bed were very comfortable. Wry friendly environment.

Cons:

The bathroom was very tiny and the shower and water pressure were HORRIBLE!!!

Not the best choice for shuttle to and ORD
Pros:

This hotel is clean and comfortable with typical HIE breakfast.
It is over 6 miles from ORD so I would not recommend for people without a car.
The shuttle leaves the hotel for airport once on the hour but not early enough for early morning flights. That means taxi or ride share which will cost $20-25 if you are lucky. If you are waiting for airport pick up timing is everything because it is once after the guest drop off.
We were not there on weekend but others commented on lack of shuttle on weekends.
I recommend calling other hotels to check their shuttle service before booking this one.
If you are driving this would be a fine choice for a lower cost hotel that is clean and comfortable with safe free parking and welcoming helpful staff. Johnnie’s Beef Roast Sandwiches is steps away and has delicious sandwiches and fries. Add the peppers!
