I had to buy my own cleaning materials to stay comfortable

I loved how customer service was so kind and welcoming and very understandable and helpful

Cons:

This property has a lot of potential. It’s literally located in a great area great place. I just wish that it was more taken care of. I wish that the cleaning team will actually clean the rooms before someone new comes in the rooms. I saw a lot of stains. I had to request clean sheets because there were boogers on the sheets that I first came in. I saw the walls in the bathroom needs to be cleaned the walls in the inside of the tubs were stains from the previous person who was there. The floors were dirty again with the stains on the floor. The towels has stain on them those towels that previous people Use should be deep washed, and if you noticed a stain on the towels get rid of them. no one wants to clean himself with dirty towels yet alone with stain towels well overall the rooms are beautiful. It has a lot of a lot of potential. I just wish that the cleaning team will actually clean the rooms

The first room we were put in smelled like cat pee, so I had to be asked to be put in a different room.

Someone’s dog pooped right outside one of the door doors and he didn’t bother to clean it up

It was an okay experience/hotel room.
Pros:

Great customer skills from employees, easy check in and friendly staff

Cons:

Room definitely needs to be checked properly, found items under the ac, also AC was very loud and there wasn’t a fridge or microwave in my room.

Worst motel I've ever been to!
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly. Other than that it was horrible!

Cons:

Literally everything. It was old. It was outdated. It was filthy! It was dusty. The bathroom was awful, tiles were cracked, bathtub leaked and was so dirty that we couldn't use it to shower. We had to sponge bathe! The hand sink sprayed water everywhere when you tried to use it. The floor was filthy. The walls were very dirty. My dog got infested with fleas! No air conditioning it the lobby. It smelled really strong of bleach.

Not even a good value for the money.
Pros:

Proximity to Mystic, Connecticut.

Cons:

The floors were dirty and wet. There were bugs in the bathroom. The air conditioner leaked all over the floor. The door swelled shut overnight and we couldn’t get out of our room. There were only two very flat pillows, and the mattress was very firm.

The staff were really friendly and helped anytime asked with a smile. The cleaning lady was always nice and had a smile also. She worked hard and anything we needed she provided.

Cons:

Building needed to be painted . Property land was nice and pretty. But building exterior needs work. Just a suggestion to make appearance better.

The staff was excellent

Cons:

Mold on shower curtain, plumbing was all messed up, bedding was trash, mini fridge leaked all over the floor, no coffee pot or microwave or anything in room, outlet faulty

Good for the money if the shower worked.
Pros:

Close to where we needed to go, late night check in available, good price.

Cons:

Shower didn’t work, lots of bangs and noises through the night. Didn’t report as we got in late and left early AM, on there like 6 hours, but to be able to take a full shower would have been nice. Not enough water pressure for shower to properly work.
