Honestly, there wasn't a thing that I did like. It's kind of a rough experience a rough night for us.
The breakfast was good and the maintenance man was very helpful
We arrived early for a check in and was told there was no left luggage / baggage store and that a $30 fee would apply if we want to check in. When I complained they said there was a luggage store but they were not responsible, then opened a room full of luggage!
When we did check in they took a $100 deposit and will not return it until 3 days after check out - this requirement is not on their listing. The room smelled terrible, like an ash tray. I told the front desk and they said they couldn't do anything and didn't have another room. Later I saw the maintenance man and he got rid of the smell whilst we were out.

Clean. Dead cockroach and bugs in room. Homeless parked in parking lot, didn’t feel safe.

The location was not great, there were a lot of homeless people around.
It looked dangerous and they don’t provide towels.
Close to freeway and restaurants. Had a really good continental breakfast. Main lobby was clean and staff was very nice
