I have stayed here multiple times. Because of the homelessness in area it can be mentally challenging to come in. Because the price is so affordable you have an element that you might be comfortable with. It is not the hotels fault, it is just what it is. For the price you can't expect perfect but it a good place to stay. Usually everybody is chill accept for later hours of people doing their thing outside the rooms.
My room has always been clean. I never felt unsafe in the hotel, although with the homeless and other guest it is bit uneasy. They had night security but I talk to guest who got his car broken into after 8 am. I hear they have 24/7 security now. The bed is comfortable. Sheets and towels have always been clean. Breakfast is hit and miss, sometimes it is awesome others it best just to pass. Awesome has been fresh eggs and homemade tasting potatoes. They have yougart containers and cereal and milk. Fruit is a win when they have it. Last time I stayed they had packaged potatoes not fully cooked and some nasty tasty sausage which I wish I didn't taste. The staff is as good as can be expected.
In the past you could open your opens to let fresh air in. Now the windows are screw shut. It did have an order when I entered but, putting on the AC solved that. Never use Expedia, it is always a mess up with my reservation.
It was good we had a lof of things to pick from
