from checking I was pleased the lady at the front desk I think she was a manager named and Marie maybe anyway she was very courteous and polite and troubleshot any little problem we ran into she was able to accommodate well also it was fairly clean peaceful and quiet

Llame varias veces para pedir toallas y jabón y nunca me las enviaron al cuarto, tuve que ir a recepción a pedirlas, aparte en mi salida del hotel la recepcionista me hizo esperar 40 minutos, porque estaban en una reunión del personal, fue bastante desagradable.

Everything the staff nothing working the people, the homeless people around ther let’s start off. We get there an hour early we were told we couldn’t sign in. Came back signed in. Got a room. The room had a smell to it. Then the TV did not work. The phone did not work. The refrigerator stunk because it hadn’t worked forever they replaced the refrigerator. The TV would go off when I wanted to. We had a homeless couple on the second floor living by the ice machine asking for food we had people at the hot tub smoking weed so we couldn’t even enjoy that. We get a note on our car saying it would be towed because we didn’t have a tag on it that they never gave us. The room is lacking everything no coffee pot no coffee, no ice bucket no cups and the couple upstairs were fighting for hours starting at one in the morning nobody ever came. I would rate this a -5 star

Very unpleasant, poor cleanliness, lack of hot water and unsafe environment.

No hot water. Roaches, and the covers were stained, dirty and had hair when the sheet was pulled back, also the shower had hair in tub and the shower curtain. Bed was very squeaky. The couch was stained/dirty. Hot tub was brown and when settled had a lot of dirt at the bottom. Someone was sitting in the hot tub while getting their hair dyed or checked for lice. They had gloves on. Homeless crowds in the area, even with security. Not a very pleasant stay.
