La proximité des restaurants, la sympathie du personnel très aimable

Cons:

Côté bouffe pas terrible, une mèche de cheveux dans ma mousse au chocolat, et lorsqu'on m'a ramené une autre, elle n'avait pas encore bien pris, quasiment liquide. J'ai dû abandonner malheureusement, j'ai payé pour rien et sans excuse de la part du staff.

La climatisation ne donne pas dans les chambres.

Pros:

The room was cleaned and the towels were renewed on a daily basis even if we did not ask for them, which was very systematic. The staff were super friendly, the breakfast provided different varieties and we could feel that we were in Lisbon by tasting the delicious 'pastel de nata's at breakfast every morning :) The detox water as the welcome drink at the lobby made us feel refreshed.

Cons:

As a guest staying at different Ibis hotels in different countries, in this Lisbon Ibis hotel I was expecting to find free water dispensers at every floor where we can refill our water bottles. This was the only thing that was missing in my opinion.
