We liked that you provide a bus to take us uptown. I loved that the pool water was warm! Breakfast was good. They cleaned our room in a timely manner. Our remote control for the tv wasn't working and they came and fixed it before we got back to our room. Thank you very much!
The breakfast was the same every day. There could have been a different variety some days. But the food was good.

The service of all the employees was above and beyond.... buffet breakfast was a very nice touch.. nice pool....
Parking lot spaces were way too small for SUVs literally could not open your car door so had to park in furthest spots a way.... rooms were very clean but the shower stall was very narrow and quite small....

The size of the room was nice and the staff was very friendly.
The breakfast was ok. The butter for the waffles was frozen and the coffee was almost cold. The TV in the hotel room would try to come on by itself in the middle of the night every night! It freaks you out! It did that in the bedroom and living room.
I liked the staff after my original check in. I like that the lobby was large and I could sit and not be bothered. I liked the breakfast but I feel there were lacking items.
On the breakfast bar there was no fruit or honey.. There were no straws for the milk in cartons. When I arrived I could not check in and so I checked my luggage. I asked about a restroom and got sent out by the pool.?? I found out the next day that they were in the lobby. For the price of the accommodations, I feel things should have been stellar.
