Pros:

Location is great, comfortable room with a very nice aircon and bed. Spacious. Very nice breakfast selection

Pros:

Pool was o.k. and shuttle was always on time.

Saving grace after arriving in Key West with a AirBnB that fell through.
Pros:

Good updated rooms with a pool and pool bar. Good breakfast to start the day. Loved the complimentary shuttle to get to and from Old Town, which brought a lot of value to the experience.

Cons:

Would like coffee to be available in the lobby outside of breakfast hours.

Unorganized ! 4pm check-in should have been on point!
Pros:

I requested a handicap accessible shower, king-size bed. I had a tub 2-queen beds ? They stated to me they have nothing available and it was stated in the notes ! check in was at 4pm I’m there at 3:30 PM. More than enough time to execute my request.?
