Pros:

Eu fiz a reserva para o Fairfield e me enviaram para o Blue flamingo, que o café da manhã é a la carte e so tem 1 atendente para todo o hotel. Então tudo é muito demorado e o atendimento é péssimo.
Eu fiz questão de escolher o Fairfield por ser by Marriot e me enviaram para outro hotel. Vendem uma coisa e entregam outra.
Absurdo. Fui enganada.

Eles não fazem a limpeza diariamente, nos 2 dias que eu fiquei no hotel não fizeram a faxina.
Nos estávamos em 4 pessoas e não tinha toalhas para 4 pessoas.
Tivemos que arrumar nossa própria cama. Deixaram o jogo de lençol sob a cama.
Na reserva estava constando 2 camas queen, mas nós ofereceram 1 sofá cama
