Pros:

I liked the staff after my original check in. I like that the lobby was large and I could sit and not be bothered. I liked the breakfast but I feel there were lacking items.

Cons:

On the breakfast bar there was no fruit or honey.. There were no straws for the milk in cartons. When I arrived I could not check in and so I checked my luggage. I asked about a restroom and got sent out by the pool.?? I found out the next day that they were in the lobby. For the price of the accommodations, I feel things should have been stellar.

Nice hotel but not worth what the price per night cost.
Pros:

The size of the room was nice and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok. The butter for the waffles was frozen and the coffee was almost cold. The TV in the hotel room would try to come on by itself in the middle of the night every night! It freaks you out! It did that in the bedroom and living room.

Great jump-off spot for the island. Free shuttle to downtown eliminated need for a rental.

Good hotel, great location and staff but overvalued
Pros:

Hotel is good, staff is very friendly/helpful. Location is great. Room is pretty big and bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Came here from an IHG hotel in Miami and the room seemed a bit of a let down. The room has very poor lighting, TV is small for the room and volume sucks, you could barely hear it until you max out the volume. Shower has low pressure. Someone at corporate must have thought mounting the safe on the floor was a great idea instead on a pedestal of a shelf in the closet.

Pros:

Location was near by downtown couple of miles drive . Did not use shuttle service. Breakfast was nice. Parking spot easily accessible .Staff were greeted nicely !!

Cons:

The rooms felt a bit old. We booked a room with two-queen bed , but it wasn’t available and we were given a king instead. The hotel did offer complimentary breverages, shuttle service as a gesture, though we didn’t use it and preferred to park downtown.

Very disappointing, no sleep.
Pros:

Accommodations were acceptable. Nothing overall noteworthy or spectacular but generally suitable. Generally it was clean enough.

Cons:

I got quite literally no sleep overnight. There are lots of chickens and roosters all over Key West, but this property is infested. Our room was on the second floor, and there was a rooster perched in a nest right next to our window that "cock-a-doodle-do'd" all night long. When I say all night, I literally mean ALL night long. It sounded as if the rooster was in our room - it was that loud. Neither of us got any sleep. It was atrocious. The worst part was when we told the front desk about our experience the next day, they were completed unconcerned and had some general response about having lots of wildlife on the island. This seems to be a known problem that the management has no intention of addressing.
