Hôtel très agréable et personnel très convivial
Nice and quiet neighborhood, reasonable distance to all the major attractions, friendly staffs and clean room of course, love it!

L'albergo è molto gradevole, sia per l'arredamento interno che per la posizione a poca distanza da Piazza del Popolo e per l'insieme dei servizi che offre, anche in relazione ad un prezzo molto competitivo per quella zona di Roma.
La stanza è arredata in stile moderno con un arredo molto gradevole e funzionale e così il bagno, molto ampio. La reception è attiva 24/24 e pur arrivando in hotel poco prima di mezzanotte ho potuto fare immediatamente il check-in. La stanza, situata in un corridoio del 2° piano con l'aria un po' da monastero (ma reso molto moderno e ristrutturato di recente) era molto silenziosa e dotata di ottima connettività Wi-Fi. La TV ha un'ampia scelta di canali italiani. Buona la colazione anche se, soprattutto il salato, offriva una scelta un po' limitata: il caffè espresso, fatto con la macchinetta da bar, viene portato a tavola al momento.
Un paio di difetti minori, non particolarmente significativi: in camera è presente un bollitore con le bustine di caffè liofilizzato ma non c'è una macchinetta a cialde che permetta di farsi un caffè un po' migliore. La doccia, molto ampia, è però chiusa mediante una paratia di vetro lungo circa i 2/3 della lunghezza ma senza una porta col risultato che l'acqua a pavimento tende a fuoriuscire e allagare un po' il bagno. Lo spazio tra il letto e la finestra è abbastanza ristretto sebbene, nel caso mio, utilizzando la stanza da solo il problema non sussisteva perchè ho dormito dall'altro lato.

I had such a wonderful stay at Albergo Etico in Rome. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.
The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which made my stay even more comfortable and relaxing.
The location is perfect—very central and convenient for exploring the city. It made getting around Rome so easy.
What made my experience truly unforgettable was the surprise they prepared for my birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made me feel incredibly special.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. There is absolutely no complaint, from the staff to the hotel itself. Everything was spotless, and cleaning was done daily by the hotel staff. As for the breakfast, it may not have been very special, but it was satisfying and offered quite a few options. The staff were extremely polite. I would definitely choose it again. It is also very close to areas such as the city center and the surrounding shops.
Perhaps the issue was on my side regarding this, but after the second day, the mattresses—although clean—started to make me itch. Again, it’s possible that I had a reaction to the cleaning product used on the mattress. The itching wasn’t very bothersome, just a minor negative that someone could easily overlook. I’m simply mentioning it here. Other than that, everything was perfect, 9 out of 10.
