Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel! The location was great, it was beautifully designed and had a lovely boutique feel. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of continental and hot options. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was great and the bed was very comfortable - the air conditioning was very welcome after a hot day of exploring! We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing! Everything was fabulous.

Il cuscino era pessimo, ho dormito malissimo e pochissimo. Bisognerebbe intervenire, una struttura del genere non può perdersi per così poco.

We had a very nice stay! The hotel is in a close proximity of Piazza del Poppolo. The room was clean with very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. The staff was kind and helpful. Good price-quality ratio. We really enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable throughout. We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Outstanding Service, outstanding restaurant; great rooms.
Pros:

Excellent hotel: the staff were outstanding! They went far out of their way to assist me with mobility issues, navigating food delivery app, suggesting gluten-free restaurants, sites, etc.
The hotel restaurant provided the best breakfast (included in room rate) of anywhere on my trip…can’t remember a better one ever. (They accommodated gluten-free for our daughter too).
The rooms were interesting, clean, quiet, excellent value all round. Good beds.
