Great place to get some zzzzzzz!!!
Pros:

Convenient check in. We had a late arrival passing through to Cocoa Beach. Perfect place to get some rest.

Terrible experience. Not booking there again.

Cons:

Everything. The people staying behave terribly unleashed dogs, noise late at night. Dirty floors and bsthroom live roaches on the floor. You name it.

The staff was great. The hotel was just genuinely rundown there needs to be some serious attention to detail baseboards

Upkeep could be better the mattress was stained but the sheets were clean. The room was just run down pictures hung uneven rust and dirt in various places

Very clean and super nice staff!
Pros:

Property was well taken care of and very clean. Walking distance to food and the Outlet Shopping. Definitely would stay if in the area again!

Cons:

Once hotel got filled up, IHop was really busy, but still close to other eating places.
