Don’t reccomend .. bring your own toilet paper, towels, and expect nothing from the staff.
Pros:

Location was the only thing I can’t complain about

Cons:

The staff were not the friendliest and of no help. Property was not maintained at all. Dirty wouldn’t stay again.

not secure anyone can walk in the hotel … nothing is locked to keep them out

got there like 1235 .. said room will be done soon .. didn’t get my room until almost 430
Asked for towels and toilet paper.. had to by own and got towels two days later
Do not recommend
Elevator was broken first day n half as well had to take stairs

Nice room
Pros:

Room size and how close we were to the beach and all the extra pools!

Cons:

We actually had an ocean-view room, but we were disappointed because the balcony was completely filthy. It had someone else’s bikini top and toys left behind, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. It definitely needed to be sprayed down. The view was beautiful, but the condition of the balcony was very disappointing.

The cleaning in the apartment could have been better. Definitely needed more towels and they should provide at least 1 roll of paper towels.

It was decent.
Pros:

Spacious and location.

Cons:

Could have been cleaner. Had a big chemical smell and staff wasn’t helpful in the main building. They acted as if there was no customer in front of them. The north tower staff wasn’t helpful EXCEPTIONAL.

It was ok. I have stayed at better places.
Pros:

Having everything there in one place.

Cons:

The staff. They weren’t very friendly or helpful at times. You go on vacation to have fun and be happy then you walk into the hotel and you are met with a bunch of long faces that act like they don’t want to be there!

We definitely won’t be back to that resort
Pros:

The staff was rude and not welcoming at all. You can tell they hate their job. When I walked in to check in two staff members were just complaining about all the other staff members to someone and didn’t even acknowledge me and then when they did, they were just completely rude.

Cons:

The toilet wasn’t working when we got there. The elevators were barely working and there was a huge wine to even get on them. Went to check out at four in the morning and there was absolutely no luggage racks and my mom is handicapped nobody there was helpful at all, and one of the staff members was taking money to let people into the waterpark and it was people who weren’t staying at the resort.

Wouldn't recommend the village side
Pros:

Close to the beach, the convenient store and the water park

Cons:

Room was dirty, specifically all the corners, kinda cramped compared to the images listed, pretty much just like any other hotel room but this one cost 400 or so a night and that was a discounted price and it only has a Very very very partial ocean view.
