Locations and pools

Cons:

AC broke, iron didn’t work , dishwasher was broken didn’t had pans at the kitchen. Missing a lot of little things that make a big difference.

Able to walk right out to beach and short drives to restaurants.

Cons:

Cleanliness of room. Queen beds were extremely hard. Nothing to sit on in room accept for two hard table chairs. Black mold above shower along ceiling. Caulking around tub and sink was poorly applied. Finally, there were a lot of inconsiderate guests at the pool and beach.

It was a great location and parking was plentiful. However everything else was mediocre, dingy and dirty.
Pros:

It was big, meaning no one ever came to check on us give us new towels, sheets, toiletries. The look had not been mopped in a LONG time feel were filthy when you walked barefoot. The bath mat/towel that you put outside the tub so you don't slip was originally white, however turned brown after a round of showers since the floor was so dirty.

Cons:

There was no phone in the room to call the office/front desk. Just way too big of a facility for them to check all the rooms regularly.

Definitely want a refund. Don’t waste your time

Cons:

Ann at the front desk was rude as hell. The room was filthy. There were chips and crackers in a pot. Nothing to wash dishes with. Roaches in the stairwell. Tv was terrible. It glitched all day. Definitely will not EVER stay here again and I pray people actually read the comments. We left early because the place was terrible.
