There was insect inside of the room (centipede insect) . Wasn’t as clean as it should have been

Had a couple of days spare after a conference, so took some time to take in the sights and sounds of Montreal. Unfortunately, I managed to bring the British weather with me - 8 degrees, windy and never stopped raining.

Instead, I used it as a couple of days chilling out with the hotel being a big part of my stay. Quite honestly, it's awesome. The staff are super helpful and fun to chat with, the breakfasts were great, and the room was clean, quiet & super-comfy and it's close enough for a heathy walk through the city to Mount Royal. Will be staying there again when I head back to Montreal, well worth the money.

This property has one parking space outside the property on the busy street for 15 minute unloading I could not communicate directly with the hotel as the number listed on the expedia website was not accurate. Someone did come and help us with our bags. There is a staircase to gain access to the lobby. And there is another staircase to go down to the elevator, Therefore it is not mobility friendly for people with walking issues., The bathroom layout is ridiculous. There is a huge room with a shower and a tub. However, there is only one sink with no counter space. In a room with two queen beds and a pullout, you would expect to find at least two sinks with adequate space for toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were offered a late check out for an additional fee.

Excellent place to stay in Montreal. Room was clean and beautiful and the staff was very helpful. We did a lot of walking right from the hotel. Included breakfast was very good and had upgrades to drinks and coffee for a fee.

Small hotel, good area around. Our room was ok, a little dark, big bathroom..

Nice hotel and clean quiet rooms

Amazing hotel and staff. Just be prepared for parking. Valet is really not an option, but there is a really nice underground parking 1 block away, about $25 per night. You can drop your bags off curbside and park.

Staff and room were excellent. Area around hotel was nice. No parking garage, but valet parking is available.

Staff went above and beyond for us. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Welcome gift on arrival was a nice touch. However, the room was extremely hot, even after the staff tried to fix it.

Brunch is Good and Hotel is only 23 Rooms for a Personable Experience. The Only down side is the Parking Availability. But Manageable. SUPER Clean Everywhere you Look!

Very nicely appointed boutique hotel. On busy street but close to lots of restaurants and attractions. We didn’t need our car for the 3 days we were here. Took the bikes out for one day as the city is easy to bike around. Lots of bike paths. Easy walk to Old Montreal. Breakfast was great with hot options. Staff were friendly and helpful. A great stay, would recommend and stay again.

The hotel was beautiful, and our room was very lush. There was a personalised note waiting in the room which was a lovely touch. Xavier was fantastic and friendly and very knowledgeable with recommendations. I will stay at Hotel St-Thomas again.

Great location and excellent hotel

This hotel has a lot of character. The included breakfast is exactly the same each day but pretty good. Service was excellent. The front desk staff were wonderful and reachable by text. Location was prime, didn't even realize how good it was when we booked it - close to the metro, buses and walkable.
