Great location, quiet and walking distance to Saltaire and Bars and Restaurants. We had a very pleasant & relaxing stay. The room was a good size and beds very comfortable. Staff were welcoming, cheerful and helpful and breakfast was excellent.

The staff are excellent and very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great with a large selection of cereals, fruit and yoghurt, as well as a full cooked breakfast. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. The location for us was excellent and we were able to walk to town the buses or the train station. It is a short walk to Saltair and the mill. The hotel was nice and quite no street noise even though it is on a main road with buses that go past and the gardens are well kept.
There is nothing that we did not like.

Would have welcomed a fridge. Green security/fire sensor light in the bedroom is very bright! Fan was effective, but noisy.

Room was quite small, lots of stairs to walk up with no sign of a lift so not disabled friendly and parking was very strange as your car can get blocked in. Car park was tight at times to park it as it backs onto a residential street.

The staff were very freindly and kind, it did feel like they are a family team. The location is superb, walking distance to the amazing Saltaire. I would stay again for sure.

Clean, modern room
Lacked detail - no water in room, tissues etc. No prepared fruit, plain yoghurt, muesli etc at breakfast
