Pros:

Breakfast very good, room was very nice and easy to access having limited mobility. Bed was very comfortable too.
Staff super friendly and we are looking forward to our next stay.

Exactly what I need, and I will be back.
Pros:

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and allocate my elderly Dad a room accessed by as few stairs as possible. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a free car-park at the back with security cameras. Breakfast includes a self-service fruit and cereal counter, unlimited tea and coffee, and then a choice of hot food cooked to order. Dietary requirements such as vegetarian and gluten-free are understood and catered for. My favourite hotel when travelling in this area.

Cons:

Be aware that this hotel is in Shipley, not Bradford!

Pleasant and adequate apart from building noise.
Pros:

Staff were friendly, room was clean and adequate and breakfast and service was good.

Cons:

During our stay there was noisy building work/room renovation that we were not informed of when booking or on arrival at the hotel. We should have been informed of this work at both booking and arrival purely out of courtesy to us.

Quiet, cosy, and worth every penny.
Pros:

Everything about this place was just lovely from the moment I arrived. The smiling gentleman that checked me in was sure to give me all the info I needed with breakfast times and how it works, which I found very helpful even for just one night's stay. The room was small and cosy, but in a good way, and any basics one might need are in the room. And, let me say, the breakfast is worth waking up for. Everything was delicious, especially the sausage. S rank, no notes. 🥰

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The room was unsuitable as I am disabled but they quickly changed it for one on the lower floor. The mattress was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Slight smell of drains in the bathroom.

Pros:

Great location for anything you would want nearby. Quick and friendly check in and out. Reasonable fry up and overall great hospitality. Overall recommended for anyone but the most demanding.

Cons:

Another group, 3-4 gents, woke me at 2-3 am with inconsiderate end of party night type noise, but reasonably short lived and not really something the hosts could do anything about other than immediately shut it down. Otherwise a perfectly good experience. Veggie (quorn?) sausages could have been better but not the worst thing in the world. Great eggs!
