Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Das Umfeld, aber dafür ist das Hotel nicht verantwortlich. Das Handling der Tiefgarage ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Name Bayerischer Hof verspricht mehr als das Hotel leisten kann.

Es war nicht richtig sauber und wir konnten die Garage nicht nutzen, da kein Personal vorbohrt war, was uns die Tiefgarage öffnet konnte.

die Lage direkt am Bahnhof - unkomplizierte Art. Freundliche und fast familiäre Atmosphäre
gute Kommunikation
schönes und umfangreiches Frühstück

Die Besitzerin war telefonisch erreichbar

Cons:

Auf diesen Kissen kann man gar nicht schlafen. Die Füllung ist verklumpt und solche Kissen gehören in den Müll, meine Meinung nach. Die Kissenbezüge wurden nicht ausgetauscht. Handtücher und Kissenbezüge sind fleckig. Sehr viel Staub auf dem Bett, unter dem Bett, Dreck in den Schubladen etc.

Pros:

Lage nah am Bahnhof aber ungastlich. Fahrtstuhl roch sehr unangenehm. Hätte ich eine Außenaufnahme vom Hotel gesehen, hätte ich es diefinitiv nicht gebucht.
1 Fenster defekt. Die Kleiderstange im Schrank fehltt komplett (kaputt) . Die zwei vorhanden Bügel machtne keinen Sinn.

Patikp personalas. Buvo paslaugus,,malonus. Paprašius pakeitė į mažiau triukšmingą.

Cons:

Nepatiko garso izoliacija viešbutyje. Kadangi viešbutis yra prie pat Krefeld Hbf stoties, girdisi nuolatinis traukinių eismas.
