Erster Besuch in diesem Hotel und sehr zufrieden. Werde dort wieder buchen!
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang und hervorragende Lage direkt gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofs. Praktisch schon in der Innenstadt.
Das Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, da von mir nicht gebucht,

Fehlen eines Wasserkessels mit Tasse/Becher auf dem Zimmer ( ist heute eigentlich 'Standard')

Abenteueraufenthalt in Bahnhofsnähe

Der allerletzte Laden. In der Umgebung fühlt man sich nur als Krimineller wohl. Der Dealer erwartet einen schon im Hausflur. Wir hatten auf Grund der zentralen Lage gebucht, unter der Prämisse, in der Tiefgarage einen Parkplatz zu haben. Als wir von unserer Abendveranstaltung zurückkamen, ging das Garagentor nicht auf. Nach einem Telefonat wurde klar, dass der Umstand bekannt war, sich aber niemand darum gekümmert hat.
Da es nicht zumutbar ist, in der Umgebung zu parken, geschweige denn sich zu Fuß dort zu bewegen haben wir beschlossen, sofort abzureisen. Am Telefon wurde uns zugesagt, die Kosten für das Frühstück zu erstatten. Wie wir nun feststellen mussten, war dies eine Lüge. Auf diverse Mails erhält man keine Reaktion und ich finde das Verhalten sehr erbärmlich.
Ich kann jedem nur dringend abraten dieses Hotel zu buchen.

Die Lage

Cons:

Der Duschkopf hat aus allen Löchern getropft, aber nicht dort wo es sein sollte, somit wurde das Duschen zur Katastrophe. Bett sehr hart. Die Lautstärke im Haus und draußen unzumutbar sodass ich extrem schlecht geschlafen habe. Nie wieder

Nähe zum Bahnhof. Sehr gute Betten.Ruhiges Zimmer.

Cons:

Im Bad konnte man nicht den Duschkopf einhängen, da die Halterung total kaputt war. Frühstück war sehr überschaubar, es gab nur helle Brötchen und keine Kaffeevariationen. Die Zuvorkommenheit und Freundlichkeit des Frühstückshelfers lässt noch sehr viel Luft nach oben.

Völlig in Ordnung bei kurzem Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Es ist ein einfaches Hotel in der 3.Etage in Bahnhofsnähe und lag sehr günstig zu meinem Ziel. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber und geräumig. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt bei günstigen Preisen völlig in Ordnung! Der Portier: freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Die Umgebung in Bahnhofsnähe ist durchaus ein Brennpunkt, war aber auch in der Nacht unproblematisch. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht - die Reparatur wurde umgehend in Auftrag gegeben!
