Like visiting family 💖
Pros:

We have been coming to this location for a dance convention/competition twice a year for more years then I can remember. Every year by this point being greated by my good friend Moe, Manger, with a hug and a helping hand. Walk up to the front desk and I always see a face I know, and I guess that's really the point I'm trying to get across the staff is really the magic here and most have been here for many years 💖. We come the weekend before Thanksgiving and honestly it is a tradition I truly love because the staff treats you like visiting family from out of town as well as comfortable beds, good food and drinks, and all the things you want from a hotel when traveling. Oh and did I mention HEATED POOL!

An experience you will not regret!
Pros:

I’m speechless at the cleanliness of the property, the professionalism of the staff, and how personable the atmosphere is. This hotel is hands down one of the best I have ever been to. A great escape. The front desk agent, Cammie did a superb job taking care of us during our stay. I loved her attitude and personality. Please continue to keep up the good work. Until next time. Coldest hot tub in Houston! Booked this hotel because they had a hot tub. Little did we know it wasn’t hot at all. We called the front desk to let them know the jacuzzi heat portion wasn’t working. Front desk was polite & sent over the “engineer” dude was so rude saying the temperature was the temperature & it can’t be adjusted. Mind you sign says temp not to exceed 104 degrees. Temp in the hot tub couldn’t have been 60/70 degrees & jets pushing even colder water. We explained to him the heater must be out because the water was pretty cold. He proceeded to tell us he can’t change the temp. We told him again, that’s not what we are asking him to do but the heat is not working at all. He wouldn’t even touch the water to check. So we got out the tub & asked for a manager. We told her about the issue. She told us she was gonna check the temp & see what could be done, she also asked for our room number so she could get back to us to let us know. She never got back to us.
So we called & they told us nothing is wrong with it even tho the water is very cold. Maybe advertise it as a cold tub

Room for improvement
Pros:

Breakfast was overpriced, greasy and not what I expected. Only good items were the strawberries and muffin. Not worth 25 dollars.
