Only complaint was the air not working. Everything else was exceptional of the six the air conditioning it would be my 1

Exceptional staff & breakfast

Cons:

Hotel room was a bit expensive especially for my air not to work. My air in my room don’t work the entire time. 3 different people was sent to fix it but it never worked well. Staff stated they would give me another room but last maintenance said it was working but it never did and by the time I realized it it was too late in the night and I was scheduled to leave the next day. Maintenance workers kept saying it was my windows in my room was hot but it was even hotter in the room and night when the sun went down. Couldn’t rest well from being so hot and sweating in my sleep kept waking me up.

Our stay was great overall, I’d definitely recommend!
Pros:

Everything was great for the exception of the non-working/ slow working AC in the King suite. Staff did provide a fan.

Cons:

The ac would no cool below 71 regardless of the temperature it was set to. With a group of girls getting make up done for my wedding it was hot.

Pros:

Great Experience!
Pros:

I had an amazing time here at the Marriott Westchase location. DQ was such a pleasure, he was very professional and accommodating. My experience was 10/10 definitely recommended!

Pros:

The location, close to the location I needed to visit. The rooms are good size and comfortable.

Cons:

The bath could do with a refurbishment. The toilet did not work properly, also not after the maintenece visit.

Pros:

The restaurant was nice and the meals were good and priced well.
The room was a good size and comfortable.

Cons:

Renovation were taking place, but that has to happen. Not really an inconvenience.

Pros:

Great experience every time I stay at this location. I have to highlight Renelly and Cammie. I have checked in to many hotels over the years and these two know exactly how to make a guest feel welcomed and appreciated! From their advice on sites to see and their attention to detail throughout my stay for some of my preferred amenities really made my stays enjoyable. Thank you again and see you soon!

excellent Marriott location
Pros:

This Marriott location still does things with excellence, quality, and care. From the pre-arrival greeting from Noreen to Lauren taking care of a pre-arrival discrepancy to the efficient check-in by Shaniya(?) to M Club masters Amber & Rosa providing a welcoming experience every time to Juan giving great service in the Republic Grill, my entire stay was enjoyable and memorable. For a 2nd year in a row, this has become my go-to place when I visit Houston. Way-To-Go!
