The location was great and the restaurant/bar was good a little over priced though but good quality.
Every now and then the room would start to smell like rotten eggs not sure what that was about
That it is where the convention is. If we are tired we can just go to room

Convenience, super close to the airport and able to stay at the location of the convention I attended. Very friendly staff.
No breakfast included. Even with all the parking, if you left the property you may have to park nearby. That was a little frustrating since we were guests at the hotel..

No wifi no tv
It was in the same building as the event I attended. Room was clean and staff is always great.
WIFI and TV didn't work. Luckily I wasn't in the room that much because of the event.
John provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to answer our questions with a great attitude. I had a negative experience with a front desk staff member named John this morning. He was rude and appeared to be in a bad mood when I tried to use a voucher to purchase water and snacks. Another staff member had allowed this the night before, but instead of explaining the policy politely, he said she “did it wrong” and treated me disrespectfully. He was also rude and dismissive during checkout afterward, which made the overall experience even more unpleasant.
John did a great job setting us up. The hotel was warm and inviting. newly remodeled. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport with shuttle

Front desk staff John was amazing!! Super friendly staff, clean, and recently updated rooms. I am very choosey about cleanliness and I would recommend. Excellent shuttle service to and from the airport also.
