I had a negative experience with a front desk staff member named John this morning. He was rude and appeared to be in a bad mood when I tried to use a voucher to purchase water and snacks. Another staff member had allowed this the night before, but instead of explaining the policy politely, he said she “did it wrong” and treated me disrespectfully. He was also rude and dismissive during checkout afterward, which made the overall experience even more unpleasant.
John did a great job setting us up. The hotel was warm and inviting. newly remodeled. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport with shuttle

Front desk staff John was amazing!! Super friendly staff, clean, and recently updated rooms. I am very choosey about cleanliness and I would recommend. Excellent shuttle service to and from the airport also.
Had an early flight and went to hotel to check in. John was so accommodating with checking me in early as I had a pet with me. He was kind and I really appreciate the high customer service.

I booked this location and my flight landed extremely early. I needed a room immediately to get tasks done before an extremely important event. John was extremely accommodating ensuring I was able to get a room and provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. John went above and beyond to ensure my requests were met and demonstrated all of the great qualities of an amazing employee.
The waitress definitely hates her job. Food was not too bad, but the service was awful. There was an ingredient missing from my food but I couldn’t even tell her because she never came back.
The experience was great. We'll be back soon.
I want to give kudos to John at the hotels’s front desk who displayed constant professionalism and outstanding customer service. He had a large amount of people check-in from our group for an event at the hotel and he processed everyone in a timely manner. He helped me with an issue. John is definitely the person you want to take care of since he represents your hotel company.
The hotel was large, room was big and clean, and bathroom was clean.
The ice machines didn’t work on various floors. The staff weren’t tidy…greasy haired… definitely could have been more professional.
