Great location, friendly staff but some need of refurbishment
Pros:

Great location in uptown, close to good restaurants and bars. Close access to Little Sugar Creek Greenway as well in case you want to have a walk or run in a nice environment. Gym is well equipped as well.

Cons:

Parts of the hotel is in need of refurbishment. The door to my room was hard to close properly, resulting in staff knocking on my door in the middle of the night saying the door was open. Showers are quite wonky with either too hot or too cold water, and a very weak stream. Several of the treadmills are out of order in the gym, I stayed at this hotel 6 weeks earlier and it had the same problem. I would think they could have repaired this during this time.

Pros:

I loved the decor and in site dining options. The room was very comfortable. It smelled so clean

Cons:

I honestly have no complaints. There was no mini fridge in the room which was a minor inconvenience but they did have a microwave in the lobby

Excellent
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the southern hospitality in my time of grief after my mother passed. The staff took my mind off the pain for awhile. Thank You Sheraton Staff. :-)

The property was in a good location and was very clean. Ron and Jared were very friendly and helpful with the check-in and check-out process. They made my stay enjoyable and provided me with any assistance needed. They were courteous and very professional, I really appreciated them for that. The breakfast buffet was nice, our waitress was friendly, and the food was good!

Cons:

There was no microwave in the room, but it was quickly taken care of when I called the front desk. There is limited parking spaces on the property for such a large hotel.

I would stay here again
Pros:

The corner room is large and very nicely decorated! There is actually shelf space in the bathroom which is usually lacking in other hotels. The bed was very comfortable and the meeting spaces were perfect. The front desk/manager(?)) Tony and the lady (don’t know name) were so incredibly nice and helpful!!! Great location as well.
