Pros:

Everything except the elevators. My daughter and granddaughter got stuck on there twice. It was frustrating. Other then that Everything was great 👍

the staff put my guest with disability with a security issue at a major risk for no reason
Pros:

the staff and security guard were beyond rude... after 20 years of staying at your hotels I would never stay at another one again. I spoke with the manager at the hotel the next day and explained the issues in detail.

Cons:

staff just terrible on the late shift. lack of support for digital credit cards as a new corporate policy when the terminals on the counter support them

Nice and convenient location, very clean rooms, great food, with nice amenities to enjoy!
Pros:

We did not eat breakfast since it was an extra $20 for each person. We did end up getting lunch which was hot, fresh, and delicious! The location which was Uptown Charlotte was nice.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that you had to pay extra for the breakfast. When staying at certain hotels that is one of the perks of staying and saving on money. You can tell that this hotel accommodates those traveling for business or upper class people with having to pay extra for certain things. If I had a business card I probably would have liked it better.

Staff were respectful. Hotel was clean.

Cons:

Staff were respectful and hotel was clean. However there were issues with the elevators when I was there and some people ended up getting stuck inside. The bathroom fan in our room didn't work, and the AC kicking on and off was inconsistent but otherwise our stay was fine. Probably wouldn't stay here again though for the price. One room for 3 adults with 2 queens, one dog and parking was $350 a night.

Cozy, Comfortable, and Efficient
Pros:

The location of the property is PERFECT if you want to be close to downtown Charlotte where everything is about a 5-10 minute drive away.
