Very relaxing evening at the Sheraton-Charlotte
Pros:

Did not have breakfast. But, I wanted to do a shout out to the older gentleman (cannot remember his name)who was at the front desk when I arrived. He was helpful, courteous, and accommodating.

Cons:

Had to pay for breakfast. That should be free. Also the bathroom needs more lighting. The shower was dark.

They had great staff friendly bartenders. Room was clean and nice, pool area good had fun.

Everything except the elevators. My daughter and granddaughter got stuck on there twice. It was frustrating. Other then that Everything was great 👍
